Lot’s of people are posting comments.  This brings me to urge… nay rather… insist that commenters adhere to a couple simple guideliness.

First, when you are responding to someone else, make sure his or her name or "handle" is the FIRST word of your comment.  In this way the other person will see easily that you are addressing him.  If you don’t do this, the conversation get’s confusing.

Second, if you are going to quote someone else, kindly keep the quote as brief as possible, focusing only on the relative point.  There is no sense in simply dumping text into the comment window.  This is merely to clutter and it is, quite frankly, lazy.

Kindly observe these guideliness when posting comments and the blog will be easier to use.

I have obtained my new copy of the Ordo for the Basilica of St. Peter for the use of canons and clergy.

FWIW… today is a ferial day in the Basilica.  The clergy are free to choose their Mass.
