I read you every day . I am in Archbishop Raymond Burke’s diocese, specifically St. Louis, Mo. U.S.A.I absolutely love your blog and your articles in the Wandererer. Thank so much for all you do! I pray for you,
Add Willits, California (diocese of Santa Rosa) to your list. And by the way, every time you refer to the Sabine Farm it makes me think of the picture in my first year Latin book called “The Rape of Sabine Women” — a subject of great jocularity among us 8th graders.
Whoever’s in w’boro, how’s Fr Ryan doing?
He was stationed at my home parish (olgc, moorestown) when he was first ordained and was a big influence as I began to discern a vocation.

Here’s one from Amityville, Insula Longa, Novus Yorkus.
here is another one from David City, Nebraska, blessed to be in the Bishop Bruskewitz Diocese of Lincoln, Nebraska!
I am reading your blog here in beautiful Corning, NY.
You are a ray of liturgical sunshine here in the wasteland that is the Rochester Diocese.
Thank you for your fine blog!
Nashville, TN Bishop David Choby–great orthodox man of God.
Cpt Tom: Look on the bright side, even taking into consideration Rule VIII of the House of God, it is likely that things will improve there.
Isn’t it “Nova Eboracum”?
Warszawa’s on the list! Yay! My city! Yay!
Father Z., whichever stone you turn there’s your friend under.
May God bless you

True. I pray for a Co-adjudicator or a recall to Rome for a “special assignment” for our Bishop. Otherwise it’s going to be 2011 before he’s eligible for retirement.
I realize that in the life of the Church that is a nanosecond, so I’m patient.
My wife who is from Shanghai reminds me that at least the hosts are validly consecrated and there aren’t any police swooping into arrest the congregation. She grew up in the Chinese underground Church, so her perspective is a bit sobering.
Coldwater, Michigan checking in.
I see my neighbor in Colon, Michigan was here.
Interesting name: the town is on a lake which is shaped like a Colon, I kid you not.
Cpt Tom,
Indeed, your wife’s perspective is sobering. As for your bishop, if things are as bad as you suggest, perhaps he does need to go. but how much better if he were to change. If God has not given up on us, let’s not give up on each other. I would be interested to know if any readers know of any bishops who have “come around.”
Don’t forget Sancti Ludovici (St. Louis) where the red hat is awaited.
I read you and Rorate Caeli very day. Saper Vedere. In Corde Jesu

Greetings from the Archdiocese of Los Angeles, home to 5 million Catholics but only two indult Masses a week — and only one a month in the entire City of Los Angeles.
Hello Father Z.
In anticipation of the MP, my pastor invited several of us to his “private” Mass in the Tridentine Rite. I don’t know if this is legal, but it was wonderful to see Roman vestments and experience Holy Mass once again on the high altar.
Justin
It seems to me that Columbus, Ohio pops up quite a bit. And I should point out that Westerville is a suburb of Columbus and Lewis Center is maybe 20 miles north of Columbus. You have a lot of faithful readers here.

Hey Father Z,
Checking in from Wichita, KS–home of Bishop Michael Jackels (wonderful holy and orthodox Bishop). We had 4 ordinations to the priesthood and 3 ordinations to the transitional diaconate this May. Yippee!
I’m one of the Dallas’s, woo!
Loxton in the Riverland of South Australia, Australia. (About 12 hours from Sydney, 8 from Melbourne, 3 from Adelaide). We are in the Diocese of Port Pirie (well, we will be in about 10 days!) where the Bishop is Bishop Daniel Eugene Hurley.
Do I win the strangest location?
Your almost-daily Rockford, Michigan reader, checking in!
My parish, St. Patrick-Parnell is part Bishop Walter Hurley’s
Grand Rapids Diocese.
Glad to hear your summer is going well.
Blessings to you!!
God bless you! Greetings from Mahonyville…..
Keeping tabs down in Queretaro, Mexico!
Greetings you Father Zuhlsdorf, from a mountaintop in Speedwell, Tennessee in the Diocese of Knoxville.

Please pray for our bishops…they are becoming more politically oriented rather
than uplifting the spiritual dimensions of our people
Greetings TO you Father Zuhlsdorf, from a mountaintop in Speedwell, Tennessee in the Diocese of Knoxville.
The “to” did not post in my previous post.
Fr. Z – Keep up the great work, both in submission to Truth and in being a joyful Catholic witness.
