Fr. Z on the move

I am heading off to the UK this afternoon, my flights connecting through Minneapolis/St. Paul.

Of course as I finish packing, I am hearing on Fox News that a big storm is heading where?  Minneapolis.

So I am hoping that it gets there after I’m gone.

So far the major weather sites are showing me that everything should be alright, but … weather prediction… hmmm…

Have a great trip, Father. Be safe. Godspeed.

BTW, maybe Baronius will give you a tour of their place. That would be a cool.

  2. Matt Q: Yes, I am sure it would be!

  3. Have a safe trip. Pray to Saint Joseph of Cupertino, Saint Christopher, and the Guardian Angels about the storm.

And have a good English ale for me. LOL

  4. Jon says:

How about a picture at Father Finigan’s after you get there, just so we can see you arrived despite the icicles?

  5. Ed Casey says:

Have a great trip. I hope you’re able to enjoy better Chinese at your destination.

  6. Mark says:

For info, it has been snowing here, Father. Bring some warm jumpers?

  7. May the Lord and His all holy Mother guard and and protect you, and bring you home again safely, dear Father!

  8. Mark: At the time of this writing it is -18°C here and I have a meter of snow.

  9. Mark says:

    Oh… here’s positively tropical then!

    Father Zuhlsdorf,
Have you ever been to St. Saviours House, Bristol England and seen that amazing reredos?
God bless you and keep you safe.

  11. FROM THE AIRPLANE: We have boarded and are waiting for the door to close. It looks like I’ll have seats open by me, which will be very welcome. See you on the other side!

  12. Fr Z (rhymes with [do the] red),

As I write this, you’ll still have some air time. A good distraction from airplane films might be a certain Trilogy! Sorry, I’m completely shameless!

  13. Fr. Renzo: I like this!
