Will everyone please say some prayers for adequate weather for my flights today to the East coast?
I am looking at the weather and things don’t look good.
UPDATE:
Everything worked out! Thanks.

“This blog is rather like a fusion of the Baroque ‘salon’ with its well-tuned harpsichord around which polite society gathered for entertainment and edification and, on the other hand, a Wild West “saloon” with its out-of-tune piano and swinging doors, where everyone has a gun and something to say. Nevertheless, we try to point our discussions back to what it is to be Catholic in this increasingly difficult age, to love God, and how to get to heaven.” - Fr. Z

Will you be in DC Father? Or just NY?
Neither… Virginia and then Florida.
doing any work for Fox News next week?

Praying.
Florida? I think I can guess your destination. I also think I can speak for all us WDTPRSers in saying we hope Mama Z is in the best of health. Please give her our love, and tell her we’re proud of her boy!
Praying.
O Almighty and merciful God, who hast commissioned Thy angels to guide and protect us, command them to be our assiduous companions from our setting out until our return; to clothe us with their invisible protection; to keep from us all danger of collision, of fire, of explosion, of fall and bruises, and finally, having preserved us from all evil, and especially from sin, to guide us to our heavenly home. Through Jesus Christ, our Lord. Amen.

Father,
We will certainly remember your intention, as we are looking forward to meeting you in person and showing you around “Big 71.” Until then, God keep and guide,
Fr. J.
Padre -
Spero che non hai biglietti per volare con “American”? Ti auguro un buon viaggio! Ci vediamo a Virginia.
Padre C
You might have to worry more about flights canceled due to inspections :(
Prayers said ;)
Father, have a safe trip. Best regards from Miami.
I think that since Father Z is a great part of the battle for our Catholic identity and heritage, the prayer for good weather commisioned by Gen. G.S. Patton is well suited to the occasion: “Almighty and most merciful Father, we humbly beseech Thee, of Thy great goodness, to restrain these immoderate rains with which we have had to contend. Grant us fair weather for Battle. Graciously hearken to us as soldiers who call Thee that, armed with Thy power, we may advance from victory to victory, and crush the oppression and wickedness of our enemies, and establish Thy justice among men and nations. Amen.”
Have a good flight, Father…Semper Fi!
Father, Safe and on time travel prayers offered. Looking forward to this.
Father, Safe and timely travel prayers offered, looking forward to this weekend’s events.
God Bless your travel, Father.
I would like to ask YOUR prayers for
my son-in-law who received a level 3
concussion in their 1st National Hockey
league playoff game Wednesday evening.
Thank you.
My husband is also travelling and I will say a prayer for you both.
JMJ, a prayer also for your son-in-law for his swift recovery.
Father, you should offer a votive Mass- there is one with suitable prayers for fair weather in the missale. I’ll also say a prayer.
From the plane via my phone: reciprocal prayers especially for that concussion injury.
Father, Praying for a safe and peace-filled flight for you! Love your blog!
The cloud cover broke yesterday and the weather looks to be great for your arrival. Welcome to Virginia! Looking forward to seeing you tonight and at mass this weekend.

Mike
