After my travels I am finally heading back to the Sabine Farm.
So…. yet another airport.

“This blog is rather like a fusion of the Baroque ‘salon’ with its well-tuned harpsichord around which polite society gathered for entertainment and edification and, on the other hand, a Wild West “saloon” with its out-of-tune piano and swinging doors, where everyone has a gun and something to say. Nevertheless, we try to point our discussions back to what it is to be Catholic in this increasingly difficult age, to love God, and how to get to heaven.” - Fr. Z

How long will you be home, so to speak, I would need some rest if I were you, man your schedule is a killer. rest well
Father, thank you for your visit. Also, thank you for helping in sharing the beauty of our new home, Old St. Patrick’s in Kansas City. If you should ever need a change of scenery, I am sure H.E. Bishop Finn could find a place for you to sleep.
Only thing is, Kansas City International is probably the easiest airport to deal with. Used to be, long term parking was in the center courtyard of each of the terminals (I’m sure it’s different now…at least that’s how it was when I lived out there….) and it was about a 200′ walk to any of the gates.
I miss KC. Moved back here to the NJ area in 86. That’s where I want to retire, strangely enough…
KC is great, it’s my second favorite major city, behind St. Louis. I love Fiorella’s Jack Stack Barbecue, great food. The one in Missouri (KC)is better than the one in Kansas (Overland Park.)
Happy Birthday, Father!!!!!
Rest.
Buon compleanno!
Cathy and Argent: Thanks!
