  1. Jeff Pinyan says:

    That’s one expensive cat-toy.

I was waiting for him (her?) to push the “print test page” button. The ending, though, was worth it.

  2. Tim says:

Actually, my printer did break today… where is the cat?

  3. Andrew says:

I laughed so hard I nearly cried. My cat comes running…absolutely running…from anywhere in the house whenever the printer is turned on and warms up in order to bat at it. What’s with cats and printers?

  4. Most Excellent Sledgehammer says:

Silly Cat…the mouse is on the other machine.

  5. Hettie B. says:

LOL! Thank God my cats are terrified of my printer, else I would have to watch them like hawks! They have been known to mangle stray papers at times…

Thanks for the laugh, Father! :D

  6. Christabel says:

I think Mulier Fortis will like this one!

  7. Rachel says:

I love it when cats manage to scare themselves silly like that.

It’s an advantage a cat has over a dog. Dogs lie there bored until their owners exercise them. Cats find stupid ways to exercise themselves!

  8. Geoffrey says:

I cannot tell you how many faxes I thought never came in because my cat promptly “misfiled” them!

  9. “Perfect for scratching that pesky flea on the top of my head!!”

  10. Melody says:

LOL. I also have to hold onto my cat Angel when the printer is turned on.

Hm… I think it not a coincidence that many here have cats. They keep one’s humility and wonder at the universe alive. That is why another way of pronouncing “Catholic” is “cat-holic.”

My friends say my cat ought to be a Norbertine. What say you?

  11. Sylvia says:

Yet another reason not to get a cat!!! They are funny, though . . .

  12. David Andrew says:

“Mittens,” the newest employee of the local “Geek Squad” franchise, recently received his pink slip after being caught on camera applying the “if it jams, force it; if it breaks, it needed replacing anyways” philosophy of printer repair technique.

  13. JaneC says:

My own actions when my printer isn’t working are eerily similar to that cat’s. My beloved and recently-departed kitty was not interested in my printer, though. She preferred the keyboard of my laptop, which was warm and directly in my line of sight.

  14. Ann says:

ROFL Oh I loved that. My cats strangely enough do not bother with my printers. They prefer to wait and shed on the air intake on the computer proper…………..

  15. Robert says:

That’s also how my coworkers troubleshoot the printer unless I’m around.

  16. Ormann says:

Wow. Looks like my cat…hey, where is she?
