Tonight….

“This blog is rather like a fusion of the Baroque ‘salon’ with its well-tuned harpsichord around which polite society gathered for entertainment and edification and, on the other hand, a Wild West “saloon” with its out-of-tune piano and swinging doors, where everyone has a gun and something to say. Nevertheless, we try to point our discussions back to what it is to be Catholic in this increasingly difficult age, to love God, and how to get to heaven.” - Fr. Z

Fr, that is so incredibly beautiful!
Thanks to the Lord, for all that he has created.
Thanks for sharing this sight, perfect for Vespers.

Beautiful photos! Thank you for posting them.
Glorious. We’re having a similar night here in the mountains of upstate New York: snow-covered ground, bright moon, crisp air, not a cloud in the sky. Oh, the glories of Creation. Deo gratias.

“Oh Lord our Lord, how majestic is thy name in all the earth! ….
When I look at thy heavens, the work of thy fingers,
the moon and the stars which thou hast established;
what is man that thou art mindful of him,
and the son of man that thou dost care for him?”
Thank you, Father. I needed that tonight.
Benedicite sol et luna Domino: benedicite stellae coeli Domino.
God willing, such will be the sight here tomorrow. The snow begins in the morning.
Beautiful Father! I have the bottom picture setting on my desktop. Thank you so much.
Great pictures!
Wow!! Very nice!! The great part is, that it looks exactly the same in northern Bavaria, at the moment. I just let my cat out and looked at an amazing, huge, bright, full moon! I love the glistening snow!!
The Christmas lights are still up in our small city, it’s been sunny for days.. -18°C. Perfect!!
Gotta go check on the cat.. I imagine he wants back in!
Picture is very good.
Father,
Does anyone every come out to your chapel to assist?
A couple of months ago you had a video of you celebrating Mass in the chapel. That was great. But what is up with the live streaming of the birdfeeder at nighttime and of you typing on the computer. Dont see the utility in that.
