Don’t forget Twitter!
@fatherz
“This blog is rather like a fusion of the Baroque ‘salon’ with its well-tuned harpsichord around which polite society gathered for entertainment and edification and, on the other hand, a Wild West “saloon” with its out-of-tune piano and swinging doors, where everyone has a gun and something to say. Nevertheless, we try to point our discussions back to what it is to be Catholic in this increasingly difficult age, to love God, and how to get to heaven.” - Fr. Z

I am sorry Father, but I cannot see the purpose of twitter. I looks like a huge waste of time.
I signed up for Twitter just because I saw you using it on facebook. I got email messages telling me a number of people are following me at Twitter. But I am still too busy to figure out what is it all about. Anyhow, it’s fun to see what you are up to on facebook. God bless.
how do I find fr Z on facebook?
ustalumnus: I cannot see the purpose of twitter
Then I suggest you don’t use it!
Fr. John Zuhlsdorf: “Then I suggest you don’t use it!”
Thanks Father, I won’t.
Iranaeus: You can find anyone on Facebook by searching on their name, or whichever name they go by on FB.

I want to thank Fr. Z for introducing me to Twitter. I signed up, installed a standalone app that receives tweets without having to keep refreshing in the browser, discovered that several of my favorite bloggers use Twitter and also some interesting writers and friends. Twitter is not useless and a waste of time; for me it actually saves time. So – thank you, Fr. Z!
Irenaeus: how do I find fr Z on facebook?
I found Fr Z on facebook by searching his email address which you can found on the upper left corner of this blog. Fr Z has a lot of friends there, is like a network for good Catholics.
