Sunday at St. Bede’s in Clapham Park, London included a Missa Cantata in the Extraordinary Form.  The celebrant was Fr. Andrew Southwell and the choir, which sings monthly, provided Gregorian chant propers and the Ordinary by Victoria.

Victoria! For the late Renaissance Roman School, is he even better than Palestria?

    Wonderful pics, Father Z!

Like the one of the organist! And the ‘tiny’ choir, too!

Oooo-it would be sooo cool to sing something like Vitoria! Or even Palestrina!
