Following TEAM RUBICON in Haiti – getting better

Team Rubicon is a self-financed and self-deployed group of former Marines, soldiers firefighters, Jesuits, health care professionals currently providing emergency relief in Haiti.  They provide their own security and deal with whatever they find.

Today we scoured the city to no avail. No trauma patients, and clinics are set up every where. Tomorrow we go a town 3 hours away where we hear there are many people still untreated and with many fractured bones.

I apologize if I have missed it in a previous entry, but…if one wished to assist Team Rubicon’s efforts, how would one go about it?

So glad to hear the situation is stabilized, at least in the city! But to think there are still many who haven’t been treated yet… wow.

I have heard that as well — many people in the outlying towns have still not seen any help at all.
