Social networking toolZ reminder and thanks to readers

There is a Google thingy in the left sidebar…. not sure what that is all about but sign up anyway and help SkyNet… er.. um… sorry… don’t want to make the machines mad… sorry…

I use these – and also neglect them – in various ways.

And my thanks to the great Vincenzo of Sancte Pater for the blue clerical @fatherz Twitter bird!

Also, I am grateful to recent donors at the top of this month of March.  I will be able soon, I think, to get a new refurbished computer for the Z-Cam.  Lots of people chipped in even just a few dollars, but it has added up.   Allllmossssst therrrrrre.   

I think people like to see the birds!   More than one person mentioned that they see birds they have not seen for years, having moved away from their native place.  Also, some people catch some of the cam when on a break or if they have been shut in for a while.  Nice.

PENJING REPORT

Penjing has nothing to say, especially now.  I suspect Penjing might be dying.   I will keep you up to date.  I would post a picture, but it is pretty pathetic.  I don’t think this is just a seasonal defoliation.

    Best hopes for Penjing. I always feel a little sad when a long held plant seems to say my time is up. I think I have recently lost an ivy that I’ve had since 95. But I am proud to say that I have a variety of climbing cactus that is 30 plus years old. (It’s pretty self-reliant, I can’t take much credit.)

    Vetdoctor I changed some of the settings to the mobile version. But there is another entry on that.
