Bagel

I only willingly eat bagels in New York.

But what bagels!  As some of you readers may recall, I have explored quite a few bagel shops in this area of Manhattan, and so far among the very best are found at a little corner shop close to the rectory.

Sadly, they do not also make… you know.

The weather is close to perfect.  Friends and I are seeing the sights!

  1. Fr Matthew says:

Are you doing to be at any public events during your visit? I can’t find anything on your calendar about you being in NYC…

  2. Ted Krasnicki says:

Do not go out of your way in NYC too much: the hardwood open-fire baked Bagels of Montreal are still the best in the world!

  3. Zyphane says:

I don’t know why, but the further away you get from New York, the less likely you are to find good pizza and bagels. ‘Tis a strange thing.

  4. Fr Matthew: I have a few TLM’s at Holy Innocents. There might be a blognic, but I am not sure. If you are in the area, drop me a line.
