Here are a few screenshots from the live Z-CAM which I have running again. I still have some technical problems, but it is running. I have chaplets of the Rosary in Latin, prayers for the Pope, and other prayers.
And I am happy to report that Ray has found a girlfriend.
They come to the feeder together.
Awwwww! Mrs. Ray is lovely, nice work Ray! I love the picture of the Oriole. He looks like he is working hard at getting his beak into the Humming Bird feeder. I’ve had my hummer feeder out for a week or 2 and I’m trying again for Orioles with oranges and jelly. No luck yet, but I am ever hopeful! Thank you for the lift and the great pictures!
My mother was a devoted bird-watcher. I can’t tell you how much your bird pictures mean to me. I so look forward to them every day. Can I ask where you are located? I have assisted at your Masses at Holy Innocents, NYC, but I am willing to bet large sums of money that your bird-feeder is NOT located in Manhattan.
Thanks again!
I’m glad you were able to hot wire or jump start or whatever it is you with all that internal computer guts stuff, Fr. Z.
I have entirely Latin chaplets of the Rosary followed by the Litany of Loreto and also prayers for the Pope in Latin and English cycling constantly.
As many times as I have tried to listen to these features I heard absolutely nothing. Commercial followed by silence with birdies chipping away at the birdhouse. Am I the only one who is not able to access this feature?
A priest of my acquaintance had a chicken wander on to the rectory property, and not leave. He named the bird “Lunch”. It’s not as creative as “Ray”, but still …
Hurrah for Fr. Z and the Z-CAM!
I’m so glad they Zcam is back! I love the pictures of Ray and his girlfriend. Even though her feathers and not and bold and vibrant, she is still quite pretty!
