London Rosary Procession

Yesterday’s Rosary procession from Westminster Cathedral to the Brompton Oratory produced lots of prayers, or course, and lots of nice photos as well.  Here is a link to a flicker collection.

I’m like 98.8% certain my priest, who’s on vacay in Europe right now, is in those pictures.

I wish we could have huge giant processions like that through the city here. Heck, the city royally messed with our Masses on Mother’s Day to the point we had to cancel at least one just so they could have some sort of a run and shut down the streets. I want to take over the streets in a huge public profession of something traditionally Catholic. Something a little bit bigger than the parking lot and sidewalks outside the church. Things like these are cool, and they grab people’s attention and remind them of that Old Time Religion.

Nice to see Fr Ronald Creighton-Jobe in the forefront of the photo. If you don’t know him, you should make the effort his biography is very similoar to that of your own!
