Today is Saturday of the 2nd Week of Lent.
We hear about the Station (a church dedicated to two of the saints of the Roman Canon), the Collects (the Novus Ordo prayer is really wordy), and then have part something from a General Audience of Benedict XVI during Lent some years ago, we hear a phrase dear to him, and which he used in the title of a book.
Looking at Christ, we feel at the same time looked at by him. He whom we have pierced with our faults never tires of pouring out upon the world an inexhaustible torrent of merciful love.
