LENTCAzT 32 Saturday 4th Week of Lent – Who can explain the mystery of such a magnificent gift?

Today is Saturday of the 4th Week of Lent.

We hear today about the ancient Roman Station, something by Leo the Great, and a thought from Benedict XVI.

From Leo:

It is here that the immaculate blood of the Lamb erased our condemnation from Original Sin, that the opposition by satanic tyranny was quashed, that humility triumphed over pride, and that the effects of faith were so rapid that, of the two thieves crucified with Christ, the one who believed in the Son of God was justified and entered Paradise. Who can explain the mystery of such a magnificent gift?

Pray for Pope Francis.

Love the Domine Non Sum Dignus ala Kevin Allen. My men’s Schola Cantorum sings it, too..

You can vote every rolling 24 hours, and you don’t need to put in a lot of personal information like the versions I have seen in the past. It’s good. Please vote for Fr. Z.

  4. Lepidus says:

Thanks for keeping these going during your (hopefully brief) hiatus.

  5. TLM says:

Thank you Fr. Z. You are in my prayers. Extra vitamin C, 4000-5000 mg. boost the immune system and completely safe :)
