ADVENTCAzT 04: 1st Wednesday of Advent – “Advent is not a sacred liturgical play.”

This year I will do for Advent what did last year: make a short daily podcast to help your preparation for the upcoming feast as well as for your own, personal, meeting with the Lord.

These are especially offered as a token of gratitude for my benefactors who donate and send items from my wishlist.  Thank you!

And so, here is ADVENTCAzT 04, for the 1st Wednesday of Advent.

PS: My stat counter for this plug is massively screwed up.  Chime in if you listened.

PPS: I think these are available through my iTunes feed.

Thankyou Father, I managed to listen again today. I liked the words of St Peter Chrysologus connecting prayer, fasting and mercy; lots to reflect on there.

  14. TXKathi says:

Our priests don’t normally give a sermon at daily Mass, so this is an Advent bonus to come home & listen to, as I am one who usually enjoys a sermon. An aside — I really appreciate the time you take to insert the music.

    Thanks, Father!
