26 March – Manhattan – Catholic Artists Society – 7pm – Church of the Holy Innocents

For those of you in and around NYC, I recommend heading to the great Church of the Holy Innocents tonight for a talk and Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament with Fr. George Rutler.  Info HERE

CAS Lenten evening of recollection: with silent Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament, Benediction and opportunity for confession. Father George Rutler, administrator of Holy Innocents and pastor of St. Michael’s, will offer a meditation on the spiritual life.

I have listened to a few talks provided on the Catholic Artist Society’s website and they are all very good and inspiring. I would recommend a listen to all of them when one has the time.
Wish I could be there tonight.

I’ll be in New York tomorrow and hope to get to attend 6 pm Mass at Holy Innocents if my client visit in Brooklyn ends on schedule at 4 pm. Even though I’ll miss the event this evening, any opportunity to hear Fr. Rutler preach is valuable.

  3. Drat. I was in Manhattan all day today but just looked at this after getting home. Oh well.
