LEXINGTON, MA – The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation is funding the development of a contraceptive microchip that can be remotely controlled to release hormones that can act as abortifacients into a woman’s body for up to 16 years. Both the chip’s potential to take a life and the potential privacy concerns have drawn criticism.
The chip, which measures 20 x 20 x 7 millimeters, can be implanted under the skin of a woman’s buttocks, upper arm, or abdomen in 30 minutes. The device contains a 16-year reservoir of the drug levonorgestrel, releasing 30 micrograms a day – but the dosage can be altered by remote control, as well. [What could possible go wrong?]
The technology was originally intended, and tested, to release osteoporosis medication in elderly women, but Dr. Robert Langer of MIT changed his focus to contraception after a personal discussion with Bill Gates. Gavin Corley, a biomedical engineer, told the BBC the technology could be used to achieve contraceptive targets in the developing world, indicating “a humanitarian application as opposed to satisfying a first-world need.” [Eugenics, anyone? Population control? Genocide?]
The announcement comes as the Gates Foundation is spearheading an international, multi-billion-dollar push for expanding birth control in the developing world, bringing charges from pro-life and political that they are engaged in global population control. In June, Melinda Gates wrote that the foundation “has decided not to fund abortion” as part of its efforts.
But numerous studies have indicated that levonorgestrel, the hormone used both by this chip and the morning after pill, has a strong anti-implantation effect, meaning it acts in part by preventing a newly-conceived embryo from implanting in the uterus. One study found the hormone only has an “effectiveness rate” of 49 percent when blocking ovulation alone.
Then again, a remote-controlled computer chip that potentially leaves the patient’s health [and life, apparently] at the mercy of anyone with sufficient computer skills presents its own issues.
Dr. Robert Farra of MIT said the subcutaneous computer chip must be given “secure encryption” so that “someone across the room cannot re-program your implant.” To date, that security has not been developed.
Civil libertarians worry about how hackers – and rogue government agencies – could exploit that technology. “Whatever that chip transmits will go into a government file,” John Whitehead, a constitutional attorney and founder of The Rutherford Institute, told LifeSiteNews. “The chip may actually know when you’re having sex. So, there will be no privacy, no.”
Whitehead added, “I’m afraid the chip could be activated in some harmful way,” such as a future eugenics program. “It could basically bar certain people from having children.”
Whitehead extensively researched the extent of government surveillance for his new book, A Government of Wolves: The Emerging American Police State.

There is no such thing as secure encryption, someone from MIT should know that. If it’s even remotely uncrackable (one-time-pad), you have the issue of securing the keys.
People laughed at Dick Chaney when he had the network connectivity of his pacemaker disconnected – and only recently it’s been shown pacemakers and most all other medical devices are easy to hack.
I’m not worried about the remote access. That kind of technology already exists for ICDs (pacemakers), and there aren’t concerns about something–if hacked–could easily kill.
What bothers me is that this has clearly rejected the earlier cover that it was about reducing the spread of AIDS. Obviously such a chip would do nothing to reduce infections. Indeed, I suspect it might _increase_ the infection rate since people would be even less hesitant about engaging in sexual activity. It seems to me that such a device targeting the 3rd world cannot be about anything other than reducing the number of “undesirables”.
Soon to be mandatory in every new-born baby girl… whichever ones are allowed to be born in the first place.

The Gates and other evil elites want to live like kings as a new class of people for whom the rest of the world are slaves who ought to be under control like cattle. Bill Gates has openly spoken about how Common Core will be used for your children, but not for his, so as to create two specific classes of people. This is the New World Order these devils are building.

The technology is there in terms of the necessary parts (implantable chips, powerful chemicals, tiny receivers that still have a decent range). It’s just waiting till someone combines them. And someone sooner or later will. Frankly, it doesn’t even matter what kind of chemicals one would use (and therefore if the purpose is treating osteoperosis, contraception, abortion or something else completely): chances are the chemicals will not be safe if a dosage meant for years is released into the body all at once. Very few chemicals that have an effect in small doses will be safe in a sudden shock of over 1000 times the normal amount. More likely then not, they will be kill adults or cause debilitating damage. It would be a ticking timebomb.
Which brings me to the next point: if you want to consider truely creepy things, reduce it another factor 6 in size, and tie this one to a drone the size of a musquito, which implants such a chip. The Star Trek DS9 fans will recognize that would be nothing else than a real-life version of a Romulan hunter-killer probe. Pretty much invisible, flying, able to scan a target’s DNA (ok, that one is a few years away yet, but facial recognition is just around the corner and just as scary) and able to assasinate while the person controlling it is nowhere near in time nor place.

Let’s see…develop one that will hold a lifetime supply of the chemical. Require implantation at birth. Activate at an appropriate (or inappropriate) age. And then THEY™ can decide when/if it can be deactivated so that she can try to conceive.
Yet another reason I don’t use Microsoft (personally, that is – I’m forced to use it at work). I can’t stand giving money to this guy.

I’m stuck with Microsoft at work too, but I have made a point of only upgrading my home computer when I can get hold of a used one that someone is discarding (but is still usable). I have tried Linux and really wish I could use it, but it was more trouble than I could endure. I too despise giving a nickel of my money to Microsoft. The good news is that Microsoft’s ineptness will eventually be its downfall. The bad news is that Gates and his foundation are already too rich even if Microsoft went bust tomorrow. I wish I had something charitable to say about Gates, but fortunately no one has yet implanted a chip in me that would force me to utter such things.

This brings to mind the report from several years ago that in a South American country it was discovered somehow by the nuns helping the local people that some vaccines provided by the Western world were “contaminated” with birth control chemicals! How much more of that has been going on without anyone knowing? ! This is just another way of achieving the same end. And remember, we are all “taking the Pill” now because we drink the water supply! All of those artificial hormones are excreted from women’s bodies and recirculated through all of us!

By the way, here in the UK, GP’s joke about the packs of Pills which come with seven placebos along with 21 actual hormone pills. These packs are labeled “ED” meaning “every day”; the doctors have a little quip that it really stands for “extra dense” referring to the unintelligent undesirables for whom these packs are intended; in other words, those whom Margaret Sanger and her cronies thought of as people whose offspring would not b welcome on this earth. Cynical of the doctors indeed.

Beyond the basic horror, and the likelihood of involuntary implantation and administration, the non-existence of secure encryption (tzard), and the possibilities of a range of leaky malfunctions and ‘improved’ versions (Phil_NL), what is the shelf-life of levonorgestrel, and of scope for encryption improvement? (How might this measure up against, say, silicon implants for ‘durable safety’?)

Did I not read that Belinda was second guessing their foundations funding of abortion? Wouldn’t this not be the same thing using a different method?
There are two things everyone needs to know about secure encryption.
1) It’s like tank armor: it has to be improved/fixed every few years or the latest armor-piercing weapons catch up to it and it’s worthless. It’s never a question of whether the encryption has been made good enough yet, it’s a question of whether the hacks against it have been made good enough yet.
2) Security depends on a thousand other things any of which is a thousand times more likely to be cracked and exploited than the encryption itself. Put simply, the encryption is irrelevant if you can spy on the computer doing the encrypting — which can be done if there’s a flaw in virtually *anything* the computer does. Remember the “Heartbleed Bug”? That didn’t crack encryption, it simply sidestepped it. And that was a flaw *in a program that encrypted things*.
Now, there’s also a thing or two everyone needs to know about Microsoft, but everyone already does…
Eugenics angle is not shocking since much of the Gates’ “charity” goes to vaccinating (injecting large amounts of highly toxic chemicals not to mention manipulated animal and dead human baby DNA) children in third world countries…

In a few years, Common Core will have prevented most from thinking, this little chip will prevent us from reproducing, and this president and Congress have already shown us the power of the state against its citizens. Drones we will all become.
The first thing that came to mind to me was, not eugenics or assassination, but prostitution. It would be easy to use this to make women sterile this way and have them work as prostitutes — no time off. You could do the same with mistresses for the wealthy: women for sex only.
Humanae Vitae predicted that contraception would become compulsory.
With a drive toward a cashless society, the Gates Death Chip could be combined with a national (global?) foodstamp chip, wherein if you don’t get the chip, you are not allowed to buy (sell, or trade) for food.
We are headed for Mark of the Beast territory, and I pray that the Vatican is savvy enough to see it.
