I provide these podcasts again this year in gratitude to benefactors who help me and this blog through their donations, both monthly and ad hoc.

Today you hear something from Arvo Part.  US HERE UK HERE.  And also something from the Ensemble Chominciamento di Gioia from a 14th c. Manuscript at Perugia.

Please share!

Thanks for including the sources of the music you are using in these Lentcazts.

Thank you, Fr. Z for these daily cazts. Hearing the beautiful history of the churches in Rome makes them almost visible to my little minds eye. The prayer for priests was wonderful.

If you enjoy the Pärt here, you might like his setting of the Beatitudes. (If you click on the amazon link and scroll down, you’ll see The Very Best of Arvo Pärt — it’s on that album.)

    Thanks, Father!
