YOUR URGENT PRAYER REQUESTS

Please use the sharing buttons! Thanks!

Registered or not, will you in your charity please take a moment look at the requests and to pray for the people about whom you read?

Continued from THESE.

I get many requests by email asking for prayers. Many requests are heart-achingly grave and urgent.

Something is up. I’m getting many more requests for prayers than last year at this time

As long as my blog reaches so many readers in so many places, let’s give each other a hand. We should support each other in works of mercy.

If you have some prayer requests, feel free to post them below. You have to be registered here to be able to post.

I still have a pressing personal petition.

Please pray for all priests, that they may remain faithful and strong in their vocations.

Please pray also for Dena, whose husband I nursed many years ago after he had suffered a devastating accident.

  11. VexillaRegis says:

Please pray for my parish!!! I had the most disturbing and bizarre news this evening. Just pray to God that he sends our aggressive, volatile and really scary fr M somewhere else immediately and that we get at new, good and sane pastor ASAP. The best for us would be if an order decided to move in here, maybe you could try praying for that to happen too :-)
This parish consists of very decent and pious people, but we are now scared beyond belief.

You are always in my prayers.

  12. RafqasRoad says:

    DearReaders,

Please pray for my dear friend A., whose husband has been battling long term unemployment and for B., my godchild (with special needs) who is embarking on home education this year, pray for A. to be granted strength and guidance by Christ the King and Our Lady Seat of Wisdom. Please pray for her good friends K. and S. who are battling a minefield of issues themselves, plus A.’s mother C. who is in deep need of prayer for personal and legal issues that need resolution.

Please also pray for me. something not very kind or in good faith happened to me courtesy of another parishioner after mass yesterday; sick of narcecism and one-upmanship in the house of God, This upset me greatly and it showed.I thought the house of God before His tabernacle was a safe place; obviously not. Please pray for the parishioner who was so wounding to also be rid of one-upmanship and game-playing, especially re horrid criticism of elderly fellow parishioner not present to defend herself who is a benign individual.

STM., know you are prayed for, raised before the Altar, at Adoration whenever I can get to it (only weekly now since the school term has started here re attachment of parish school to my No church)

I will continue to hold Fr. Z., up in prayer also.)

Please also pray for four special intentions. THANK YOU, and be assured of my prayers for you and all of your intentions.

I have been praying an extra rosary per day for the liturgy–more Latin Masses and more reverence in Novus Ordo Masses. I hope others will pray, too.

For Richard to come out of the coma; for Ralph and Jim – for healing from cancer and conversion and God’s mercy.

  29. Mike says:

Please pray for faithful Catholic bloggers including Fr. Z. As reported by churchmilitant.tv, there are indications of SHTF in Canada, hurled in the form of legal threats from clerics offended at being called out for controversial, publicly stated opinions.

  30. frival says:

For my son, that he figure out what it takes to succeed in his schooling. He is learning the hard way that early success can make future difficulties harder to process. He has a good heart and a sincere love of Christ that make us even more hopeful that some day he might take the plunge and discern whether he is called to the priesthood. I can’t think of anyone who knows him who does not think so, but then it’s rather God’s call not theirs.
