ADVENTCAzT 2021: 17 – Tuesday 3rd Week of Advent: The practice of meekness is difficult without an ordered life.

One of a series of 5 minute daily podcasts during Advent 2021. Fr. Troadec gives us the good stuff about “meekness”, what it really is. St. Basil the Great talks about evil and where the buck stops. The Nuns of Gower Abbey sing and there is a Greek Kontakion at the end.

Thank you, Father. I work in criminal prosecution and the conversation of good versus evil happens more often than not especially when the most egregious acts are committed. Evil being “voluntary lapses” gives me food for thought.

Thanks, Father, most salutary, about an ordered life.

Thank you Father. I especially found the discussion of meekness something I need to work on with God’s help.
