LENTCAzT 2022 – 05: 1st Sunday of Lent

Daily 5 minute podcasts to prompt you in your Lenten journey.

Today: The Roman Station is St. John Lateran. We hear from a Lenten sermon of St. Pope Leo the Great, with a little Latin thrown in because, well, he’s the best. Finally, an important note about being tempted to sin.

Thanks, Father. Good reminders: Charity certainly begins at home though it certainly doesn’t end there, and virtue doesn’t consist in not giving into temptations you’re not subject to.

  2. Mariana2 says:

    Thanks, Father!

Any chance you can add these to your Apple Podcast channel, si vis? For me, Soundcast is inconvenient to use and so is going to your web site. It’s easier for me to ask Siri to play your latest.

[And yet… here we are, at my inconvenient site.]
