   I have found that if you submit a comment, don’t worry whether it shows up. No matter how many times I refreshed, the comments finally do come sometime later. I have not had any not post, it’s just that there was a delay.

   Diane: I can’t figure out the delay. I think it had something to do with the cache.

   Last night, no security word popped up.

   In the past, it was common for the security word to be missing that last letter, E.g.: “Buy a Lewis and Shor”

   In that case, it was best to come back later because whether you entered it as is or corrected, it wasn’t going to post.

   Fr. Z: Just a clarification. There are two delays now, if this helps you sort through it.

   One delay we have lived with from the beginning – when hitting the submit button it just kind of takes a nap for about 2-3 minutes, but even if you kill the window after 30 seconds, the post is still made.

   There is a new delay. After the 2-3 minute delay, you can scroll down and where you would have saw the comment, it is not there. You can refresh, you can close the browser and re-open it, delete temp files, and nothing shows up. However, when I come back some 30-60 minutes later, it is there.

   I mention this so people don’t get into repeat posting.

   I have seen some pages not fully loading with regards to anti-spam word, but have had luck just closing window and reopening.
