In your charity would you please take a moment look at the requests and to pray for the people about whom you read?
Continued from THESE.
Let’s remember all who are ill, who will die soon, who have died recently, who have lost their jobs, who are afraid.
I get many requests by email asking for prayers. Some are heart-achingly grave and urgent.
As long as my blog reaches so many readers in so many places, let’s give each other a hand. We should support each other in works of mercy.
If you have some prayer requests, feel free to post them below.
You have to be registered here and approved to be able to post.
- In your kindness continue prayers for my mother, who has been diagnosed with something grave, progressive and incurable.
- Pray for me, for my circumstances and wisdom in my decisions.
- Pray for a really good episcopal appointment which could have a massive impact.

Please pray I’ll be healed of multiple sclerosis so I can walk. Or pray that I can at least have a more manageable life because I’m struggling with my daily life. And please pray I can have some type of financial advancement so I can move somewhere that doesn’t have steps.
Of your charity, please pray for a very difficult mental health situation critically affecting a young and large family.
I have two friends who are currently jobless but applying to different places. Please keep them in your prayers that they may find employment soon.
Please also consider praying for my three youngest siblings, who have all fallen away from the faith.
Pray that my brother, Wayne, be cancer free and made whole.
Please pray for discernment of my husband and I as we work with our 23 year old son, Timothy, through some mental issues.
He went wayward when he was 16/17, beginner drugs then hard core drugs and homeless.
Blood tests says he’s currently clean which means that all the drugs did a number to his brain. He believes the hallucinations were real lifetime events and gets angry when we correct the narrative.
Pray that we show charity without enabling and are prudent to keep the five children still at home safe.
Intentions of & Reparation to the Sacred Hearts of Jesus, Mary, & Joseph. In reparation to the Holy Face of Jesus & Jesus in the Most Blessed Sacrament. For the release of the Holy Souls in Purgatory. Repose of the soul of Msgr. M.
For the complete & total healing of Mary P. And eternal salvation, mercy, & immediate entrance into Heaven for M.’s grandmother.
Please pray for safe & uneventful flights, & safe & fruitful pilgrimage.
For the despairing, despondent, & suicidal. For the least the lonely & the last.
For the resolve of several issues & various novena petitions.
I will be visiting the relics of St. Thérèse tomorrow in D.C. & will be keeping all these intentions, Fr. Z & his family, & all of the readership in my intentions.
Deo Gratias!
For Nick, a US Marine and Catholic dad of a large family (also all Catholic), as he’s being put through a divorce. For his in innocent minor children who can’t be in the same country as him, and for his (still!) wife, that she will reconcile with him.
Please pray for our young pastor’s father who has been diagnosed with a heart condition that is expected to be fatal in the next several weeks.
Eternal Father, we offer You, the Body and the Blood, Soul and Divinity of Your Dearly Beloved Son, our Lord Jesus Christ in atonement for our sins and those of the whole world.
For the sake of His Sorrowful Passion,
Have Mercy on us and on the whole world…

Please pray for a traditional Catholic family of a husband and 11 children who just lost his wife and their mother prematurely to cancer.
Please pray for my job/career situation. I need graces to perform well at my current job and wisdom/perseverance in looking for a new job.
Please pray for my friend Jennifer who passed away recently, and pray also for her son, Michael.
Please pray for a daughter who has to have hip replacement surgery next week, and for a son who will interview for a job/promotion, that the result will be God’s “ordaining will”, what He knows is best. I pray that our son will be in the place where he is spiritually and physically safe.
Prayers for all who post here, and for you and your Mom, Father.
Please pray for my husband to receive a heart like St. Joseph: kind, encouraging, loving, patient, slow to anger, disciplined, hard working, self-sacrificing, humble, generous, courageous. That God would please send him an excellent career, that he will love and excel at, that will be able to provide for our family and the church, that will enable us to get our own home, and the He would send it to him this week.
For the renewal of my hope and trust in God and my husband, which has withered during the continuous struggles of our marriage. For our poor children who must journey through this valley of tears with us.
Prayers for you, Fr. Z, everyone who has posted and for those who are suffering.
For my 89 yo mom who went to the hospital 6 weeks ago.
At every turn we’ve been offered the chance to stop care for her and endless opportunities to drug her up.
What she went in for was not fatal.
It’s been a horrible experience.
Please pray for Jason, a recent convert who is battling cancer.
Please pray for a brother KofC who just lost his job.
Please pray for a brother deacon and his wife (and their suffering children) who are having marital issues.
Prayers for a truly blessed Thanksgiving for our country.
Please pray for me and my husband. Because of certain actions by the Pope and bishops (won’t get into them here), he insists that he is “done with the Church” forever and will never go back to Mass. Nothing I say will change his mind. I am very depressed, ashamed and grieved over this and feel like I failed in my calling as a spouse to get him to heaven. I can’t stop crying whenever I pray or think about it.
