MASS INTENTION REQUEST FORM

It is a joy from time to time to be able to accept some intentions for Holy Mass. It's getting harder for people to find priests who are available.
To be sure that there is no confusion, please pay careful attention to the form.
Filling out the form and making a request does NOT oblige Fr. Zuhlsdorf to accept the request.
Make sure you include a WORKING email which you check often.

I UNDERSTAND that there is no agreement between us about the Mass intention or the stipend until those details are worked out after after I have received a response. I UNDERSTAND that Father may need to forward the intention and stipend to another priest. By checking the box, I signal that I understand these points.
