In St Louis, Fabi won the short tournament (6.5/9) and my guy Wesley came in second (5.5/9) and Levon third. Gotta love Levon Aronian. Style. And he one of the older players and still formidable. Also, I know that when he travels for chess he visits Armenian church communities.
The America Cup is coming up soon, also in St. Louis. It would be fun to be there for that.
I have been using Sanctifica for several months. Its a great app.
For what it is worth – my MIL went to evening Mass on Ash Wednesday and she said there was no parking and it was basically standing room only inside as well. At the evening Mass where my wife and I attended, our priest ran out of the Eucharist that he had consecrated at the last communicant. I also hear od another Mass that had so many attending that they actually ran out of ashes. While all of these were NO, it is hopefully a good sign nonetheless.
