I did not remember that it was your birthday.
What an auspicious day — Sts. Simon and Jude! [Appropriately, patrons of lost causes!]
Happy Birthday, Fr. Z!
Thank you for running this blog. [You are welcome.]
Happiest of birthdays, dear Father!
I am a Roman Catholic, in no small part, because of your blog.
I am a TLM-going Catholic, in no small part, because of your blog.
And I am in a state of grace today, in no small part, because of your blog.
Thank you for your “Fiat” to God.
A decade of the Rosary will be said for you and your intentions today.
[Wow. Thanks.]
Happy Birthday, Father.
I wish you the happiest of days. Thank you for your care of our souls (especially for reminding us to GO TO CONFESSION), and for this very edifying blog. May Our Blessed Mother pray for you, May Ss. Jude and Simon pray for you. May St. John Vianney pray for you. +JMJ+
Happy Birthday, Father!
Heartfelt best wishes to you on your birthday, and thank you for running the best priest blog on the internet! [Thanks! High praise, indeed.]
Happy Birthday, Father Z!
You are the first priest I contacted after I decided to come back to the Roman Catholic Church. Because of you, I have gone to Confession, received Communion and started attending Latin Masses. I pray for you, especially when I say my Rosary. After all, Our Lady is the Queen of the Clergy and she cares for you very much and wants you to keep preaching the Truth and to bring souls back to our Church.
Happy Birthday, Father Z.
Ad Multos Annos.
When I returned to the church, your blog helped enormously.
When I struggle with my own sins, your encouragement to go to Confession helps.
Thanks for encouraging Seminarians and Priests.
Thanks for reminding us to pray for one another, and for priests.
Thanks for encouraging me to think about the prayers and how I approach God.
It’s technically the 29th here but a Blessed Birthday to you nonetheless Father!
Your blog has been one of my #1 to-go-to’s when it comes to Church-related news and theological concerns.
Happy Bithday from Las Vegas, Father. It’s here that I’ve found most beautiful TLMs. I follow along with my St Edmund Campion missal—so very sublime. I feel the hands of satan and his minions can go only so far in this town with the TLM said daily so close to the Strip.
Looking forward to Advent and your Christmas card extravaganza. I’ll include your birthday gift with it. What kind of foodie gift cards do you like?
Happy Birthday, Father, with thanks to God for your guidance, praying always for your health and safety.
A belated very happy Birthday Father, and THANK YOU!!!! for your ministry.
P.S.: You will see much less of me in your combox henceforth because, occupying a certain position in public office, I have had to sign a document agreeing to forego all public commentary through “social media”. Please be assured of my continuing prayers and penances. Appreciatively yours, Gerhard
[Best wishes for your new role. Remember that in public office your horizon must always be Christ and His Kingdom.]
Feliz Cumpleanos el Padre Zuhlsdorf.
Threinte Nueva anos por el Padre!

These comments have been a true balm right now.
Thank you.
