NB: I’ll hold comments with solutions ’till the next day so there won’t be “spoilers” for others.

    The winning move is

    1) Qh6 after which black must prevent Qg7 mate or Rxe8 mate. Since Qh6 does not put the black queen in check there are numerous variations

    4 move variations

    1) Qh6 Nf3+
    2) gxf3 Qxf6 (denying white Qg7 mate)
    3) Rxe8 Bxe8 (forced)
    4) Rxe8#

    If
    1) Qh6 Nxh3+ white proceeds, mutatis mutandis, as above.
    I snuck in some Latin!

    If
    1) Qh6 Ne6 (again denying white Qg7 mate)
    2) Rxe6 Qxf6
    3) Rxe8+ Bxe8 (forced)
    4) Rxe8 mate

    3 move variations

    1) Qh6 Qxf6 (denying white Qg7 mate)
    2) Rxe8 Bxe8 (forced)
    3) Rxe8 mate

    1) Qh6 Ne6
    2) Rxe6 fxe6
    3) Qg7 mate

    2 move variations
Responses to Qh6 other than those above lead directly to the Qg7 mate.
    1) Qh6 …
    2) Qg7 mate

Hope I’ve covered everything and there are no notation typos.
