The top inscription marks the death of somebody in the year 1687? Could not make out the day/month, however.
The second inscription marks the place where Sts. Peter and Paul were separated on the way to martydom along with the last words exchanged between them. I think the last inscription says something about the place in question (the slab?) originally having been on the Via Ostiense, but later transferred (to The Parish™?) after demolition of the original place in 1935. Then there’s the slab that was moved.
It reads:
In this place Peter and Paul were separated.
Paul says to (Peter) going to his death:
Peace be with you Foundation of the Church and Shepherd of all the lambs of Christ!
And Peter to Paul:
Go in peace Author of the good news and guide of salvation of the just!
Dionysus In the epistle to Timothy
Not sure what Dionysus is doing in there… perhaps it is a reference to pseudo Dionysus letter to Timothy where this greeting might have been detailed? Or less likely Dionysus who is converted in the Acts.
The second tablet:
The above stone now placed on the outside of our church on the via ostiense was brought here after demolition of the same and placed as a perennial memorial in the year of our Lord 1935.
Since the Parish ™ is not on the via ostiense, this is not original to Santa Trinita… not sure what Church it is referring to. Perhaps the worlds best sacristan could elucidate…

The two were considered the same Dionysius throughout much of history. That is, the works given the epithet “pseudo” were considered authentic.
Long could I rant about my general distrust of the scholars who have declared it as inauthentic and their lack of knowledge concerning the sources of Plotinus (who was a completely unoriginal thinker).
