TLM in Finland

From a reader:

Just to let you know what is happening in Finland…

Yesterday we have opened a new webpage to specifically tell about the activities and visits of the Priestly Fraternity of Saint Peter in Finland: http://fsspfinland.wordpress.com/

The Home Page of the Saint Gregory Society, www.sanctis.net, will still continue to be the general point of reference for traditional liturgy in Finland.

The independent blog Summorum also continues to exist at summorum.blogspot.com.

With many greetings and prayers,

Brick by brick!

Here is something that is also happening in Finland — astonishing, as well as sad; and perhaps a foretaste of gathering darkness on all sides:

    A simple question:

Are there every-Sunday Traditional Latin Masses in Finland? I am aware that there are some in Southern Sweden.

    P.K.T.P,

Unfortunately there’s no EF-mass on a weekly basis. The next Usus Antiquor-celebration will be on the weekend of fouth advent, most propably in Helsinki on sunday, 21.12 (before the mass there will be an old rite baptism). There will be mass also in Tampere maybe on saturday. Check our website for more information! (www.sanctis.net)

    kind regards, Pilvi
