YOUR URGENT PRAYER REQUESTS

PLEASE use the sharing buttons! Thanks!

In your charity would you please take a moment look at the requests and to pray for the people about whom you read?

Continued from THESE.

Let’s remember all who are ill, who will die soon, who have lost their jobs, and who are afraid.

I get many requests by email asking for prayers. Some are heart-achingly grave and urgent.

As long as my blog reaches so many readers in so many places, let’s give each other a hand. We should support each other in works of mercy.

If you have some prayer requests, feel free to post them below.

You have to be registered here to be able to post.

I ask prayer for myself.  I’m dealing with TWO serious challenges right now.

Also, I ask prayer for my mother who fell recently and is in a lot of pain.

May Raphael’s healing balm help your mother, Father Z.
Please pray for healing of mind, emotions, etc. for LM who is in turmoil. This person is in a very dark place at times.
I also ask St. Lucy to help heal my husband’s eye after cataract surgery. There is a complication.
God bless and help all of you.

  2. rosaryarmy says:

For my father who has Parkinson’s; for his healing and conversion. Thank you!

  3. Discipula says:

I received word last night that my uncle is in the hospital after a stroke. My aunt said he refused the priest who came to visit. He has a very complicated relationship with the Church. Prognosis is not good.

  4. raisingdragonslayers says:

For a safe end to my high-risk pregnancy.

  5. For C.P. who is struggling terribly with undiagnosed mental illness. Despite many outbursts she refuses to seek help. For her brother and nephews who have experienced these outbursts and feel helpless.

For D.P. who struggles with alcoholism, depression, diabetes, and has recovered from cancer, and for his wife and children.

For Father Nathan, suffering from ALS; Father Wulfstan, suffering from a potentially fatal illness that runs in his family.

For grace to live out my twin vocations faithfully.

For all those who will die shortly and face judgment, especially those most in danger of damnation.

    Thank you.

For my employment. Since Covid the trucking industry has been very cut throat and cruel. Used, abused and dropped. That after 3 years of bouncing around employers that something long term comes for my family. Worked same company for 10 years, Covid hit, lost my work and moved across Canada. It’s been an adventure and a strain.

  7. Not says:

My dear Sister in law Judith LaPlume 4th stage lung cancer. 11 children, 36 grandchildren.

  8. Irish Timothy says:

Please pray for my elderly mother, Nancy, who has some health issues. Thank you and Fr. Z and everyone! God Bless!

  9. Clare says:

I’m asking for prayers for my friend’s husband, Michael. He has had cancer since January, and it’s “aggressive.” They’re hoping for a miracle, but haven’t mentioned a specific saint. He is getting good medical care, but treatments leave him pretty fatigued. Also pray for his wife, who works two jobs to help support their family, and their two teenaged sons. They are a good, Catholic, pro-life family. Michael has done a lot of prayerful witnessing for the pro-life cause.

  10. aviva meriam says:

Gratitude for prayers answered: my son received a fully funded offer for his PhD.
Please pray for Mike M, who is unresponsive to commands after surgery for bile duct cancer.
Please pray for me: I have three urgent petitions before God.

  11. Fallibilissimo says:

For C. who has Parkinson’s and for his wife for whom this obviously is a daily struggle as she cares for him in the twilight years of his life.

    G. asks that the spirit of humility enter his heart, that God revitalizes his heart to follow only those things God desires of him.

For I. and his family whose fiscal and employment situation enters a period of bad stress due to uncertainties.

For Fr. B’s home country Haiti which is suffering unimaginable disorder and threatens his family’s safety and well-being daily; having also lost a friend to a brutal death by gangs.

Fr.Z, I hope one day to meet you so I can thank you in person for this. God Bless you all.

  12. jcapt says:

For my teenage son who is suffering from depression, and for myself, my wife, and the doctors and counselors as we discern how best to help him.

For my best friend who lost a son in an accident last summer. That he, his wife, and their other children continue to find healing in the Lord.

For myself as I fight stage 4 metastatic prostate cancer.

  13. Robert says:

For a major legal hurdle for me on Thursday, and the restoration of my marriage and family.

  14. JustaSinner says:

For the most forgotten soul in Purgatory…

  15. Offering prayers for all here.

  16. JonPatrick says:

For my son and his wife who are trying to find a house in a difficult market where they can be close to their FSSP parish and homeschool their growing family.

  17. Anneliese says:

For a safe delivery for my friend A, who is due in a couple of weeks. Pray both she and the baby are safe. Pray for R so that she can recover from her last pregnancy. Her doctor told her if she’s not careful, she may need a hysterectomy. Pray for Fr. R and Fr. N. Pray for the G family. Please pray for me as well. My last MRI showed a new lesion on my neck at C2.

Finally, please pray for DVM and the accusation against him will be shown as false.

  18. gdg203 says:

For a family member who just lost their job.

  19. Liz says:

For my son, J, who has gotten into deep trouble and every day seems worse than the last. Please for his soul and our family who is so affected by this hardship that we can keep our peace in spite the temptation to being anxious.

  20. Gregg the Obscure says:

for my friend’s adult son Will who is experiencing serious mental illness and has attacked his father repeatedly, using weapons.

  21. Anneliese says:

If I can, I’d like to throw in a couple of more prayer requests, please. Firstly, please pray for the archdiocese of St. Louis as it’s going to start downsizing parishes by either closing some parishes or combining some. 178 parishes to roughly about 78 parishes. The Archbishop will make the announcement on Pentacost Sunday. Lord have mercy on all of us.

Secondly, please pray for the city of St. Louis and the surrounding county. We’re expected to get some heavy rain in the next couple of days that could lead to flooding. Nobody in this area can afford to handle the impact of flooding and heavy storms. I personally can’t afford to move or handle property damage unless God bestows some type of financial miracle. So it would be easier and more realistic to ask God to just bypass this area of any real damage.

  22. Anneliese says:

I’m asking for more weather related prayer requests. We’re under a severe tornado watch that’s going to spread through a couple of states. Please pray it won’t be bad.
