  1. I have worked with one tour company in the past and am currently working with another. Both are very good at what they do. The first is Peter’s Way (http://www.petersway.com/) and the other is Pentecost Tours (http://www.pentecosttours.com/index2.html).

  2. Fr Z:

Father Brighenti and I exclusively use Fratelli & Co. as our tour and pilgrimage director. We recently visited Pietrelcina, San Giovanni Rotondo, Lanciano, Orvieto, Cascia and Rome in November with 50 pilgrims. Lou Falconeri is the US director.

We have used him for over 10 years. EXCELLENT service.

  3. Dear Fr. John Zuhlsdorf,

I would be very happy and honored to offer our services.
Our company is much more than a tour company/agency.
It is truly a family apostolate.
Our mission is to bring souls closer to God by providing memorable & inspiring Catholic Pilgrimages.
We want to help those in the middle of the world know that they too can be Saints by sanctifying their every day living.

Feel free to call me if you have any questions at 1-800-515-2632 or 1-866-SAN PIETRO. Or e-mail me at juan@materdeitours.com

    Our website is http://www.materdeitours.com
We are also known as Relevant Journeys. This is the pseudo-name we use when we operate RELEVANT RADIO’S (Catholic Radio)pilgrimages.

    Thank you for considering us!

  4. I deleted a few offerings.

Folks, I don’t want to take a tour.

I don’t want to advertise tours.

I am thinking about leading tours.

    Father Z,

Can you imagine a small army of WDTPRSers descending on Rome led by the Radical Traditionalist Zuhlsdorf (“Commandante Z”)???

    VIVA LA REVOLUCION!

  6. I think the terms of the tour would be a little less militant and a great deal more relaxed.

  7. I can vouch for Juan Carlos Landa and his company. I have never taken one of his tours, but I know some of his satisfied customers and he is a friend of mine.

    Hi Juan!

  8. Melody says:

Thanks for posting on this Father Z. I have been wanting to go to Rome for quite some time, and even have some savings to make the trip. However, I don’t see the possibility of traveling to a foreign country outside of an organized group. Do any of these tours originate in the Western US?

  9. Fr. D says:

I’m leading a pilgrimage in February with Catholic Travel out of Rockville, Maryland. I know a number of other priests who have led pilgrimages with them and had good experiences, and I myself went on one of their pilgrimages (to Lourdes) as a seminarian, which I enjoyed a great deal. You can contact them at 1-877-276-7279, or email catholictravel@comcast.net.

  10. RichR says:

Wow. What a great idea Fr.Z.

  11. RichR says:

I’d nominate Dr. Thomas Woods, Jr. as a co-host for the event. His new book about the return of the Latin Mass is being hailed by Fr. Kenneth Baker…..and Dr. Woods is an historian and well known here in the states…….um, I’m usre you knew that.

Just my opinion. I’m sure you have plans.
