Father, may you breathe in the Lord’s light to kill any germs that should not be there. Of course you can pray about the car! I always ask the angels to fix things and/or to assist my dear husband who can fix anything and does so for us.
My Rosary for your intentions tonight.
Praying for your private intention, good health and your autos mechanical health.
(?Certain allergies are on the rise, molds, rag weed etc.)
Prayers duly offered – and yes, one can pray for one’s car. I should know…
Will do.
Adding you to my Novena to St. Josemaria Escriva.
We pray for you daily. But auto parts is our game….been doing it for 40 years. Year, make, and whats it doing…or not doing.
Praying.
Praying, of course!
1) Prayers offered. 2) Take Cold-EEZ zinc lozenges at the first inkling of trouble! They work wonders for me, are non-rx and easily found at the corner drugstore. 3) When all else fails, there is always my Irish grandmother’s home remedy of Vicks 44 with a shot of whiskey :)
prayers offered for your intentions…..
Will do.
You are in my prayers, Father.
Ave Maria, Mater Cleri!
Vitamin C and chicken noodle soup!
“Remember, O most gracious Virgin Mary, that never was it known…”
Car trouble; horrid business; I “feel your pain”…we might have a wheel with “pressure problems”; can’t tell for sure, the “computerized” whatsi isn’t givin’ any real info…oh, well.
As for the summer flu…take care, Pater Z.
I’ve heard it from primary sources (mothers with umpteen children!) that this summer cold is nothing to fool around with.
Take care (Yes, chicken soup, rest, salt gargles, etc.)…sorry, me Mum’s nursing thing is commin’ out here!
Once heard a Capuchin priest say that St. Frances Xavier Cabrini was the go-to for auto troubles, as in:
“Mother Cabrini, fix my machine-y”
Prayers for you every day at mass, will add these specific intentions and offer them in private prayers as well.
Done!
PS
Done!
offering up some family suffering for your needs…
Praying for your intentions
Prayers.
Prayers offered.
Yup, prayers for Fr Z on the way.
Can anyone help me out with this, folks? I would like to listen to the rosary: “I have added to the playlist an entirely Latin chaplet of the Rosary” (August 6 posting). Anyone know how to access the playlist / where the link is?
I suppose like many readers, I don’t “circle back” normally when I read and fill these prayer requests.
So, a quick note then from me just confirming that your requests never go unheeded.
Prayers ascending!
Just sent up a Hail Mary for you, Father Z-I asked her to help you with your health, your car, and your private intention.
And you’re in my daily Rosary, too!
‘Mother Cabrini, fix my machine-y’ ….oh, that’s funny, John V!
Mother Cabrini is apparently the go-to woman for New Yorkers who need parking, also. This sort of devotion is auto-chthonic to them. :)
Prayed before, praying now.
Pater, Ave, Gloria.
Father I will of course pray for you, but may I also suggest that you get yourself some Virgin unrefined coconut oil-it’s solid at room temp. It is seriously what I take when I feel something coming on, and I always feel better. It’s helps your metabolism to boot :)It actually kills bacteria. Love this stuff.
