Regarding the useless repetitions, I think about this every time there is a commentator saying things like:
Before the Mass “Today in the 1st reading, the prophet says this and this and this…“
Before the reading “In this reading, the prophet will say this and that…”
During the reading “what the prophet says”
And during the homily…
…
And the fact that sometimes the prayer of the faithful just repeats the petitions from the Eucharistic Prayer
…
And the repetitions of announcements and communications and things.
