The Cathedral of St. John the Baptist will have its first extraordinary form of Mass publicly celebrated by the Rev. Gregory B. Wilson on June 24.  Please see the following quote from our recent bulletin:

On June 24th we solemnly celebrate the Birth of St. John the Baptist, our parish’s feast day and the patron of the whole Diocese of Charleston.

In addition to our normal Masses at 7:00 am and 12:05 pm, there will be a special High Mass in the extraordinary form of the Roman Rite (the Traditional Latin Mass) at 7:00pm in the upper church.
