  2. Methodiusmonk says:

Hello! I’m a filipino dominican priest presently assigned at the Pontifical, Catholic and Royal University of Santo Tomas, Manila, Philippines. God bless you all!

  3. Sorry about the all the question marks in a couple of posts. I was checking to see if your blog accepts unicode characters. Guess not.

As to the question of “Where are you?” I wrote:

“In exile” quoting Saint Peter. We’re all in exile until we’re in our Heavenly Homeland.

    God bless.

  4. Mairead says:

Hi, I am in sunny Kilmarnock, home of Johnnie Walker whisky,in Ayrshire, Scotland. Greetings to all.

  5. Fr. DD says:

    Visitor from Pieve di Soligo!
Any ordinations this year for the Vittorio Veneto diocese?
Have priests been learning the Extraordinary form?

  6. John Enright says:

Anti-spam still not working! Have to listen to audio file in order to post.

  7. Fr Ó Buaidhe says:

    Greetings to you, Mairead!

If I may ask, which Kilmarnock parish are you in? My first priestly assignment was to cover Hurlford and Crosshouse Hospital for a month quite a while ago.

  8. The Cellarer says:

Probably been suggested before, but if not, how about a Frapper Map, or similar, to illustrate where all the readers of this blog are from?

  9. John Enright says:

    Seems to be working now.

  10. Albert Smith says:

Father, Manny thanks for your blog and the many podcasts. I have learned an amazing lot from them and it has awakened my memories to the Religious Instruction given to me in primary and grammar school. Please keep up the good works. I will always remember you in my prayers. I recall a Irish priest in Belfast (Ireland) namely Fr Haughey who I had served as an altar boy, responding to me when I said I was disturbed in the 1960’s, when V2 was foisted on us. He said ” don’t worry they cannot destroy the church because it was founded by Jesus Christ” This always gave me hope that one day the TLM would return. At least now it is said monthly on the first Sat at St Paul’s Belfast 40 + years on.
    May God bless you always

    Albert

  11. Someone in Vatican City is reading your blog again Father. Perhaps you have some readers in red, or perhaps even one in white.

  12. Dominie Stemp says:

I am from Burwash Common, East Sussex.

  13. Peter Cosgrove says:

We live in Cookstown, Co. Tyrone in the north of Ireland. The Mass in St. Paul’s Beechmount, Belfast was very well attended on the first Saturday in April..
I’ll go again for the first Saturday in June.

  14. I had a Frapper map, but there were times when it just slowed the blog down. Also, if I remember correctly, we exceeded the number of hits it could register in a given time period without my having to pay for a higher statistics base.

  15. mairead says:

    Fr O’Buaidhe
I am in St. Joseph’s parish.
    Maread

  16. Fr Ó Buaidhe says:

I know St Joseph’s well, Mairead – a beautiful, old church. Well, it was in Canon Quinlan’s time, I haven’t seen it for about ten years. It’s a small world, never thought I’d come across someone from Galloway here. Say the odd prayer for me, please; I’ll say one for you and St Joseph’s.
