This was an incredibly lame gag when it was done to George W. Bush and it’s still lame when done for President Obama.
There are any number of reasons to dislike the president and seek his defeat in November, but this ain’t one of them.
Stick to the substance of things: poor economy, incompetent governance, contempt for the First Amendment, disregard of checks and balances, etc. That’s surely enough to be getting on with.
I agree with Will D. This photo is fake and a lame attempt to make him look foolish. If we want people to think those with our views are better, we have to be better and not stoop to this silliness.

Little Barry Sotero makes more than enough mistakes and engages in enough intentional destruction of the USA that any intelligent and moral voter cannot possibly vote for him….don’t need a photoshopped photo to make him look foolish. He is perfectly capable of that himself and shows it daily.

Careful…you’re are implying the opposite of “intelligent and moral voter” about a majority of “catholic” bishops, “catholic” priests, and “catholic” laymen…some who read and post here and have indicated clearly they consider him god-on-earth!

Photoshop is a curse. Even when viewing what might be extraordinary photos, one can’t help but wonder if it is doctored. It’s taken the steam out of things, even at times the admiration of nature as we question whether or not it is “real”.
Regarding the photo, let’s not take things too seriously. I just read a very sobering, and somewhat depressing, article by Pat Robertson, about the demographics in our country. Wow. We are in trouble. We need to pray for our country. It is good to remember in these challenging times that God is in control, and He has the power to introduce something that will turn everything around, if He wills it. But no matter what, it is all up to Him and not us, thank God.
I think we have to laugh, often. What a challenge it is to be happy today! We have to remind ourselves that we shouldn’t be “cranks for Jesus”. Life is short, we’re just passing through. There are serious issues to address, and we ought to do as much as we can, but with a light heart.
We can and should enjoy our lives, and make life joyful for children and others. We need to lighten up and keep silliness in our daily lives! This world is depressing and with good reason. We have alot on our plates. But let’s not forget to take time to smell the roses, eat the lobster, and giggle like little kids, which we always really are, inside.
Personally, as I’m in my fifties, I pursue fun more now than ever. I want to have fun, despite all the craziness of the world! I want to have fun in spite of it. I may even buy a tomas moped to putt around on. Oh I still am prepping, and believe it’s a necessity, but we all need to have more fun! I am about to start a new position, and it’s going to be a stressful job. Would you kindly say a prayer for me that instead of furthering my high blood pressure (properly medicated) I am able to maintain a sense of balance and stress management? I would so appreciate it, thank you.
Of course, the honest thing to do, once such an error is pointed out, is to retract the error.

The lack of integrity is clearly depicted by the pretender in the photograph…much more so than here.
I hate to burst anyone’s bubble, but nobody in the Democrat or liberal camp is going to applaud conservatives for taking the high road and not re-printing something like this.
That is a constant hope of the right……
“oh if we only will “get along” and be nice and not confrontational and don’t mock and avoid and refrain from talking about those nasty “sticking points” like abortion and gay rights, then our philosophical enemies will just come to respect us and maybe…just maybe….love us! This is what we crave and so to earn their respect, let’s take the high road and not delve into any mocking or silliness…”.
No matter how much cowtowing you do, or how lofty your goals and objectives, they will hate you (me), and they will continue to do what they do. There is no respect to be earned, no high road to take. In fact, in a very definite culture war as we are in now, there may be something to be said for playing the game the way the game must be played! Nobody wants to hear from the wimps who can’t jump in the fray and talk the talk. It’s an odd culture, and we’ve got to confront it, handle it, and try to use it, just like everyone else. Respect has a different meaning these days. Respect can mean, you aren’t afraid to confront the crazy culture as it is, not as it used to be. Young people especially intuitively understand this concept, that sometimes, mocking can be utilized, even if it’s face Photoshop mocking. This is something they can appreciate, because that’s how it’s done in this culture. Strength is an “evolving” concept today. Psychologically, I am sure there are alot of young people today who have jumped on the gay rights bandwagon just BECAUSE the activists are determined, strong, fascist in their strategic aggressiveness. Young people like strength and they want to be on the strong side, the winning side!
Besides, we need to stop taking things so seriously. Everyone knows Photoshop exists, especially liberals.

I don’t expect integrity from politicians; in fact one should assume that they haven’t any and that is why it is so easy for them to take whichever side of an issue is popular at the moment. I do tend to think intellectual honesty is important in academicians and clergy. Perhaps I’m old-fashioned.
