    This photo very much reminds me of a friend’s “rampa” in Funchal, Madeira–a favourite spot of mine. There, the cobbles are white with a black basalt pattern inlaid, but otherwise this alley could very well be Portuguese. Thanks for the smile.

    Nice picture and a fine piece of design and engineering right there. Perhaps the German bishops could learn from the German engineers. How things work, the importance of ethics, safety, producing a good end result, the laws that govern reality and how to stand out among the other brands.
