In your charity would you please take a moment look at the requests and to pray for the people about whom you read?
Continued from THESE.
Let’s remember all who are ill, who will die soon, who have died recently, who have lost their jobs, who are afraid.
I get many requests by email asking for prayers. Some are heart-achingly grave and urgent.
As long as my blog reaches so many readers in so many places, let’s give each other a hand. We should support each other in works of mercy.
If you have some prayer requests, feel free to post them below.
You have to be registered here to be able to post.
In your kindness continue prayers for my mother, who has been diagnosed with something grave, progressive and incurable.
Pray for me, for my circumstances and wisdom in my decisions.
Pray for a really good episcopal appointment which could have a massive impact.
Please pray for the soul of a dear friend, Sherry O, who died Dec. 26 and leaves behind a young family and husband, who miss her dearly. She was an amazing woman of God.
Also please pray for Ricardo C., a priest wronged by the Church. Please pray for his faith and patience in his trials, and that he conform to God’s will, however difficult it might be.
Thank you profoundly.
For a friend who is needing to move their father into memory care.
Thank you kindly.
That God will make my husband the man, father, husband and provider that we need him to be. That he will be a motivated, disciplined, humble, hard-worker and loving husband and father. That God will send him an excellent career, that he will love and excel at, that will be able to provide for our family and the church, that will enable us to get our own home, and that God would send it to him this month.
That God would please heal and fix my babies’ digested problems completely, and that he will grow healthily.
Prayers for everyone here.
Intentions of and reparation of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, the Sorrowful and Immaculate Heart of Mary, and the Chaste Heart of Good St. Joseph.
Restoration of the Holy Mother the Church, and for all bishops, priests, religious, seminarians and novices. And for an increase in vocations.
Restoration and conversion of our country, her leaders, and her peoples. For an end to all legalized sin.
For the release of the Holy Souls in Purgatory, especially the most abandoned and forgotten, and those furthest from Heaven. For the souls listed in the R.C. Purgatorial Society.
Conversion of sinners and the enemies of God (and the crushing of their plans).
For the repose of the souls of M.O., Fr. V.O., Fr. M.C., and those who perished in the wildfires of Maui. For healing, peace, and charity to abound in Maui and for the temporal and spiritual needs of the people there.
The least, the lonely, and the last. And those whom are on the brink of death, despair, suicide, or contemplating abortion. Those who have no one to pray for them. All the intentions listed here and the intentions of all the readership.
And those for whom I pray for daily and for my 54 Day Rosary novena petitions (past and present).
And for a fruitful pilgrimage, and I’ll bring all these petitions there.
Deo Gratias! Mary thank you! St. Joseph thank you!
For my son, J. He’s struggled for years with drugs and alcohol; now he’s locked up awaiting trial for two rather serious charges. Please pray that he finally comes back to the faith, soon if God wills it.
Please pray for everyone affected by the horrific fires in Los Angeles County (and by now, perhaps, Ventura County). These are unprecedented fires…popping up every couple of hours, destroying thousands of structures…this is not SoCal normal (born and raised there, lots of family members there) and people are reeling, especially those who’ve lost everything.
Please pray that communities can come together in peace and caring to support all those who have no homes to return to and everyone who will never be the same after the events of this week.
Please pray that the weather will turn, the winds will die down, and conditions will become more favorable for containing and suppressing these wildfires.
Praying for all intentions here.
Please pray for my good friend who is struggling with extreme anxiety and other physical ailments.
Please pray for JR and his wife RR. JR is very ill from liver cancer and likely dying, and his wife RR is homeschooling their three children under the age of 8 and thus does not have a job to support the family.
Praying for your mother, Father.
Please pray for my friend Bekah. She’s expecting her third child. Please pray for the G family. Pray for Fr. R and a positive outcome for him.
And please pray for me. I have a personal and urgent prayer request that I would like to see happen very soon.
Please pray for my cousin Michael, a retired Minneapolis police officer, who has been hospitalized in ICU with serious internal bleeding for the past month.
Asking prayers for friends with young child who has cancer. They have been pursuing prayer all the way along, along with the physical medical options. The physical medical options have reached their limit, and prayer will be needed all the more as this may be a terminal stage.
I know I already asked for prayers previously but I have an urgent request. I fell on Tuesday walking up my front steps. It happened so quickly I’m not sure if I misjudged my footing or my hand slipped. I fell on my left side and broke my ankle. I had surgery yesterday for the first time in my life. Now I’m going to have to figure out where I’m going to stay for the next 6-8 weeks. I live in an apartment that I have to walk up 24 steps to get into. I’m already disabled and it requires a lot of effort to just walk. I can’t put weight on my ankle. There’s talk of me going to a rehab facility but I won’t be able to stay for two months. I’m not sure where else I can go. I have no family to turn to. My only option would be to stay in a hotel. So please pray a solution that I can afford will come up soon.
