What a great Priest,
Haven’t watched this yet. His last video on abortion was upsetting. I don’t like calling another person evil. What about the truth that these ladies are made in God’s image and likeness? They were babies once, too. Those ladies are the product of decades of hateful propaganda and lies directed squarely at them and their womanhood. They’ve lived their whole lives in a world where laws don’t actually protect people, themselves included, the way they should. The scandalous media, the pornography industry, contraception, failing school systems and lackadaisical parenting are all to blame.
This world is a war zone and it’s only the super vigilante ones that make it through the constant battles. I’m surprised that these ladies smile at all. The heartbreak surrounding abortion is beyond comprehension.
Laws at the federal level seem to be the only solution to protecting life from the moment of conception until natural death. The trend will only get worse if our laws don’t start informing people of actual danger to themselves and others. Who is going to make that happen?
Caught this last evening on YouTube. It is remarkable to me how often Father McTeigue has rescued me from accounting myself delusional.
Years back, when I was very young, I recall Pope John Paul’s admonition for us to confront the Culture of Death. Even then I thought he should more accurately have asked us to stand against the Culture of the Lie.
It is astonishing to me that Father McTeigue has the wisdom, the genius, the virtue, the holiness to speak the bold truth aloud without ever taking down any of the villains and their sycophants personally. But they know who they are. He need be very careful of his back. The bad guys — and they are bad — are without conscience.
It is now perfectly obvious that what officially commenced in the Church during the 1960’s was a practice run for what is presently transpiring in Europe and the United States. Infect masked as a higher virtue, convert the vulnerable, persevere until they are in the ascent. Soon enough the mask can come off and the real agenda becomes clear and unstoppable.
Witness the collapse of the Democrat party, long masked as a proponent of “progressive social justice” now unashamedly a bold agent of atheistic Marxism. The academy being the publicly supported point of infection across the spectrum even into theology.
The ecclesial examination of conscience when it finally comes, and it will, but not before I die, is going to be an agony.

I partially agree. The humanities have been co-opted, no doubt; it is really hard (although not impossible) to co-opt science and math, because this would imply falsifying experiments. It is true that the Nazi regime tried to vilify Einstein and his theory of general relativity and the Russians supported the genetic ideas of Lysenko, but they didn’t get very far outside of Germany and Russia. This is because science and math have to answer both to nature and consistency. One would think that theology, properly considered, being an axiomatic system would, like mathematics, be impervious to contamination from outside influences, but, sadly, axiomatic theology has been replaced by a postmodern version, where the axioms are subject to personal interpretation. Can this be fixed? Yes, but I fear it will take a generation of Surek of Vulcan type men willing to stir up and challenge seminaries (and be kicked out) until the weight of reason prevails.

The Archdiocese of Dubuque calls the parish closing campaign “Journey in Faith.” Many choose to call it the more accurate, “Journey in Faithlessness.”
And they aren’t really closing parishes at all! See:

Science has its problems. Like scientific papers being retracted because of problems with the data, much that has little to do with honest mistakes. AI is supposed to be making this worse. This is leading to an increase in fraudulent papers being pushed aggressively. Sabine Hossenfelder covers this in a YouTube video “Alarming: Fraud spreads in Science — and I fear it will become worse.” She points to academic “paper mills” that have introduced inducements like pay for play and where publications of papers is linked to promotions. She also discusses bribery. Ars Technica has an article “Peer review is essential for science. Unfortunately, it’s broken.” on this subject. The author says that in science that there is an increasing reliance on computers and customized software. Many of the software codes are not publicly available for peer review.
