What is this “heritage” of which he spoke?  Of what is it comprised?

Isn’t the Traditional Latin Mass, Usus Antiquior, which has Gallican influences and was then celebrated in a settled form for half a millennium or so at least part of, not to say “rooted” in, France’s…
