People are gathering!
After a tough night of blogniking… it is time for supper.
Off to the Capital Grill, which I understand is good for fending off starvation.

“This blog is rather like a fusion of the Baroque ‘salon’ with its well-tuned harpsichord around which polite society gathered for entertainment and edification and, on the other hand, a Wild West “saloon” with its out-of-tune piano and swinging doors, where everyone has a gun and something to say. Nevertheless, we try to point our discussions back to what it is to be Catholic in this increasingly difficult age, to love God, and how to get to heaven.” - Fr. Z

Is that Hank’s Root Beer I see?
will you tell us who’s who? (and their links)
The blognic rocked Fr. Z! Thanks for coming!!
I am in the third picture down in the background on the far right, in profile. I took the sixth picture down… Thanks again for your company, Father. Come back soon!

A fine time was had by all. Thanks, Father, and a safe flight to the next stop!
And yes, that’s a Hank’s Root Beer. That’s myself and my TLM altar server-son, third one up from the bottom, and that’s his root beer. Couldn’t very well keep our altar boys plied with hops, now, could we?
Wish I could have been there, Fr. Z, but parish duties got in the way. Maybe next time a blognic in New Jersey?

Not in Philadelphia, but in Munich…
Come to St. Louis and I will skip work to shake your hand and buy you a beer. Maybe a Belgian import like Budweiser, or my local favorite, Schlafly’s.
Father,
Any man who loves his beer is A-OK in my book! Not only are you a fine priest, but you’re a really great guy, too. I look forward to meeting you one of these days!
Pax,
Mike
