Coffee of the Month

The Wyoming Carmelites have a different featured Coffee of the Month.  As a matter of fact, it changes every month, (hey, I’m just trying to make this easier for readers of a certain liberal site) though it does not change on the 1st!

This month’s CotM is

Easter Sunrise Blend

Not quite as fun as the name of last month’s: Dukundekawa Musasa

If you join the coffee of the month club, subscribe for monthly coffee, you get a free Monk Press! I have been using my own old press more and more.

And they still have Pascha Java.

UPDATE:

A reader sent a great photo of junior enjoying the newly arrive 5 lbs bag of coffee (try the Dark Sumatra) from the Wyoming Carmelites.

I recently bought a bag of Caramel coffee, it smelled so good while I was in a local Catholic book store, we couldn’t resist. Delicious coffee!!

When we have guests in the evening, I ask if anyone would like some coffee. But first, I pop off to the kitchen to retrieve the bag of Mystic Monk to stick under their noses. The answer is always yes, please.

Based on TravelerWithChrist’s recommendation, I just bought a bag of Carmel ground coffee.

LOL!!! Danger! Eldest ate some dark roast beans and was ‘nutty’ all afternoon. My youngest got into some sweet tea one afternoon at a picnic. Between the sugar and the caffeine we didn’t get to sleep until after midnight, although she was amazingly cute and fun the entire time.

That reminds me… Mother’s Day is coming up soon.

My mom visited last summer and tried the Midnight Vigils blend…and since, has made it know that should I ever want to send her something (such as a gift for Mother’s Day, birthday…Arbor Day) that she wanted it to be more of “that Monk’s coffee”.

    :)
