I am always fascinated to see the places people are when they visit the blog. These are not always perfectly accurate, of course. Sometimes only areas are registered. Still…
I cut out all the "Unknown" and vague entries such as "Canada".
Here is a snapshop of a few minutes of visits.
Amazing… how we can network across the globe in the blink of an eye.

Drat! Missed it again. College Station will at least get “Honorable Mention” in the ComBox.
Aren’t you really picking up where their SERVER resides ?
Very cool. I’ll never forget getting my first computer and I managed to chat with someone in London. (I’m in the Baltiore area.) Blew me away. My kids are not nearly as impressed.
I was looking for Vatican City State, but I guess Rome, Lazio covers it. Now that the Holy Father is on to the internet thing, I wonder which Dicastery will be foramlly assigned to monitor WDTPRS for breaking news, (not to mention frank commentary.)
Don’t forget Lewistown, Montana!!!
And Utica, New York….the hometown of Blessed Mother Marianne Cope!
Palermo, Sicily. ‘A terra della Trinacria. Sant’Oliva prega per noi!
Hensley, Arkansas! Howdy to Mcrae, AR.
Vatican City (or is that Holy See?) has popped up on Father’s Where You Are lists before.
You could have put the list in alphabetical order. [ROFL! Yes… I guess I could have.]
Joe, most people don’t use a proxy server for Internet access, so the IP address Fr Z sees is most likely their router’s. Identifying the location of the router is not an exact science, since many ISPs obscure the information, but it’s fairly close. (My home and work computers are both shown to be in Plano, TX, but one is in Dallas and the other in Fort Worth, on different ISPs.)
Nashville, IL
I want to know who it is that is from Perryville, MO. I used to live there!
Austin, TX
“Keep Austin Holy” (not an easy task)
Austin Texas!
What about Stockholm, Sweden? :-P
Your ministry touches the entire world. Thank you, Father Z. From Maryville, MO.
Darn, where are all the Californians?! I hope it’s just because they’re still asleep. We need conversions out here!
Ratisbon, Bayern.
Mmmm. Someone’s brother?
Hurray for Burke, Va!
WOW, Brainerd, MN actually got on your map!
Drats! I may be logged under Madrid. Any other Spaniards reading the blog?
Lincoln, NE is on the board also.
Don’t know where my Orange County, Calif., server is.
Nothing from Jalpanet either.
Well, off to join in 40 Days of Prayer in front of an abortion mill.
Mexico city, Mexico.
Thank you so much, Father, for all you do to keep us all on the straight and narrow.Know that you are in my prayers.
Would you ask everyone to pray for
Philip Gerard Johnson He is having brain cancer treatment. Please check his fabulous web-site.

Elizabeth in St. Louis
Henrietta (Rochester), New York
don’t forget Perkins, Oklahoma!
Belfast here.
And Reston, Virginia!!!
Hmmm… No one from Los Angeles? Fr. Z, I think it must be broken.
And here in Crystal Lake, Iowa, Father…thank you for all you do here on this blog.
Chichester, England
An Anglican resting his knees after his first ever visit to a Traditional Latin Mass!
Auckland, New Zealand (land of the ‘long white cloud’) in da house!!
St. John’s Newfoundland seems to have missed the cut again :(
Cincinnati here! Father, your bird feeder posts are terrific!
I think it’s outrageous and bigoted to remove “Parts Unknown” from the list! Don’t be surprised when Papa Shango knocks down your door and puts a curse on you.
This insult to the wrestling industry will not stand.
Ave Maria, FL
Melissa, TX
Vaudreuil-Dorion, Quebec here, in Canada. Also good to see a fellow Newfoundlander Edward Martin posting here — I grew up in St. John’s and went to school and MUN there. Been in Quebec nearly 35 years, but still miss “home”.
Also from here Jakarta, Indonesia although we have 12 hours different. Your blog is my daily meal in the morning together with TLM and Rorate.
El Pueblo de Nuestra Señora Reina de Los Angeles de la Porciúncula, Alta California.
Of course, everyone just knows it as Los Angeles, CA.
Lansing(the capitol City) Michigan! Home of Bishop Earl Boyea–we love him!
Tampa Bay,FL
Forest Hills, Queens, New York…:)
From the Far East… MANILA, The Philippines! MABUHAY FATHER Z! (Long live Father Z!)
San Juan, Puerto Rico!
Missed the listing again :(
Hopefully next time!
Buona Domenica a tutti!
I can’t believe Wyoming made it on to the list! That makes 2 Cowboys.
I must be the one from Newark, NJ?
Highland, CA
wonderful!
San Fernando, Pampanga is a town from northern Philippines
Poznan, POLAND!!!
We’re reading you here in Pahoa (though the server is in Hilo), Hawaii! God Bless you Father Z!
And from West Wales, home to the Shrine of our Lady of the Taper, the national shrine of Wales and to Mgr Johnson and Father Jason Jones, both of whom, celebrate the Holy Mass in the Extraordinary Form.
Please pray for the expansion of these Masses in Menevia Diocese.
Thank you Father for a great website.
Richard
And Barcelona, Spain, why not? Here we are still by the blue
and sunny Mediterranean sea!
Fr. Ricardo, I suppose you and I are listed under Madrid. Downside (just one more) of being a client of Telefónica.
How about Harvard, Mass. Home of uninterrupted (by Vatican II) T.L. Masses.
Sahuarita, Arizona here. Must be one of the others….
Prague, Czech Republic
Many thanks for this blog, Fr. Z! God bless you!
Here’s Cape Town, South Africa! Where, sadly, the new Mass responses are suspended…
Wonderful full missa cantata (in the Dominican Rite) at St Thomas Aquinas in Charlottesville, VA yesterday. Chapel, and overflow area, was packed and the Mass fully exercised both heart and head. The first row pews were used as an altar rail, which worked fairly well, I thought. Great to hear chant fill the lovely little chapel for both ordinaries (thanks to folks from 7:30am gregorian mass) and well done propers..esprit de corps all round, so to speak.
My personal opinion is that the only decent acoustics come, as here, when sanctuary is packed to overflowing and there is no artifical amplification.
