Saturday Afternoon

What to do?

I have bumped off my to do list today and am now free. Strange feeling.

Meanwhile, a wedding is just over at Westminster Cathedral.

Good luck and prayers for the couple on this important day.

So… now a book, perhaps.

  1. Might I suggest this spiffy app that I happened upon recently, the London Pub Crawl app…

(I would post a link to it, but don’t want to get stuck in the moderation queue)

  2. Pater, as long as you’re free, do you know anything about the new bishop of the Diocese of Orange, Bishop Kevin Vann? He certainly needs industrial-strength prayers as he takes over that diocese.

Timon of Athens at the National Theatre. I just saw the matinee and they may have tickets for this evening. Recommended.

    YES, Father, WRITE A BOOK.

Maybe one on what bloggers want to know, don’t know, never knew and are surprised to know

    There’s a gnu on your shoulder !
    What’s a gnu?
Not much What’s a gnu with you?

Silly pun from my children’s childhood days.
Never, ever forget those beautiful days.
God Bless you, Father. Have a joy-filled day.

  6. Bea says:

    Mis-read your blog

I guess you meant a book to READ.
I hope you change your mind and mean a book to WRITE.
