Homosexual HRC Founder Arrested for Raping 15-Year-Old Boy
et another high profile “gay” activist has been arrested for homosexual assault on a child. This time authorities caught one of the big fish (a rainbow trout?). Terrance Patrick Bean founded the “Human Rights Campaign” (HRC), which is one of the world’s largest, wealthiest and most powerful anti-Christian organizations. To this day he remains on the board of directors. HRC was developed for the sole purpose of pushing the extremist homosexual political agenda. Bean is also a major player for the DNC and a big Obama supporter.

Meanwhile…
Oncorhynchus mykiss…? No, Eptatretus stoutii.
No big surprise. The connection between homosexuality and child sex abuse is well documented.

Quote No 1:
“Terry Bean is a highly respected community leader who has devoted his life to bettering our community.’
That’s nice, isn’t it. Kind of like Fr Z, really, or indeed any other person who does good for others over a long period of time.
Quote No 2:
”Over the course of several months in 2013-2014 Terry was the victim of an extortion ring led by several men known to law enforcement.’
Unlike Fr Z, and just about anyone else I can think of who has spent their life working to improve our society.
You don’t just get unlucky one day, and fall victim to an extortion ring. You have to have DONE SOMETHING REALLY WRONG, about which you can be blackmailed.
Cognitive dissonance, much?
I’m surprised he couldn’t buy his way out of it.
Please Lord, protect all vulnerable children from these vile predators. Amen.
And let us pray for Mr Bean, that he come to know the love of God and His reconciliation in Christ.
All these sex abusers are homosexual. I’m starting to see a pattern here.
Now, now, correlation only means causation with priests! /sarcasm
That budget is NOT inconsequential.
Wonder how long before he leaves their board
Tip of the hat to Joe in Canada: God bless you.
As of earlier this morning , this comment quoted above is still the only one among all those here and all the comments at the linked article’s site , which suggests we pray for him.
Well, the most vulnerable of our society are overlooked in the justice system most of the time. Babies in the womb, children, teens, the old.
The falling away of America from Christianity will mean more selfishness, more cruelty, more license.
I hope the time of tribulation is not too long, but these types of horrible sinners make me want to say, “Come, Lord Jesus, Come.”
We shouldn’t be too surprised. Homosexuals have long supported having sex with teenage boys, even if they don’t openly advocate it.
Torch, that’s extremely generalizing and insulting to many, many people. While the whole “sexual revolution” is about having sex with whatever and whoever and whenever, saying all homosexuals support sexual abuse against minors is just plain false.
Grumpy Beggar, my prayers are more often directed toward the victims of criminals, especially children. No one could argue with your comment about prayer for Mr. Bean and all those who demonstrate such evil inclinations, but the ones who deserve our compassion “more”, are the innocent children and young people who are forever affected by the disgusting perpetrators who put their hands on them and corrupt them. Jesus spoke to this when he mentioned “whoever causes one of these little ones to sin it would be better for that person to have a millstone around their neck”.
ASPM Sem: Who is Torch “insulting” by his statement? There is no doubt that homosexuals tolerate/promote/accept, pederasty. One group of feminists in 1979 tried to distance gay rights from sexual activity with children, which has open approval in many ways in gay society. They were eventually “encouraged” to not fight it. Read Torch’s statement. Torch did not say “all”, yet I would ask you to please name one gay rights group that has denounced pederasty.
We need remind ourselves who are the true victims of these heinous crimes.
Thank God for the Courage Apostolate which has helped me deal personally with SSA issues better than any pressure group could. The underside of “gay” life is a lot uglier than the “human rights,” “marriage equality,” New Ways etc. outfits want you to think.
I pray for Mr. Bean because I know there is hope for everyone… “surprises” as Pope Francis says.
Hi Kathleen10 – sorry about replying 2 days later, but I have a hard time keeping up on the reading of all the threads (Father Z keeps it hopping, and I usually end up neglecting prayer if and when I read or write too much) – I’m just seeing your comment now.
There is no question where our compassion should be directed from the perspective of priority – the victims are the ones who are marked for life. I agree with you 100 % . I invested an awful lot of time during 4 intensely active years on a large Catholic website’s forums exposing people who would come to the site peddling some of that same depravity; some of whom exhibited remarkable ingenuity- constantly revising ( I hate to say “improving”) their forms of sophistry. And I also agree, according to all I’ve been able to read on the subject, that sexual deviations do eventually converge on more central issues – one of which is certainly pederasty , particularly considering ongoing lobbying to have age of consent lowered even more than it already has been.
You mention “perpetrators putting their hands on innocent children and corrupting them”, well where I live – north of the 49th, the gay militants and homosexual lobby have succeeded in doing the same things to children’s souls on a much larger scale – to their minds in schools – and this, beginning now at a very young age. They’ve succeeded in intimidating many of our politicians (who’ve don’t seem to be able to program “spinal column” into their GPS’s ) into permitting, out of fear, teaching of the homosexual agenda in schools to young children – before they’re anywhere near the age of sexual maturity (as young as 5 years old now) , basically invading parents’ sacred space and trampling all over parental rights. The correct term is child menticide, but nobody really uses it – it wouldn’t be , um, politically correct. The gay militants/homosexual lobby , are the smallest group in number, but they wield the most power. They even intimidate a lot of homosexuals. And Mr. Bean is certainly a member of that pressure squad. He is also, as Fr. Z demonstrated with the topic title of this thread, the founder of an anti-Christian group.
Kathleen10 , just as you pointed out to ASPMsem what Torch did not say , perhaps you would be kind enough to permit me to point out to you what I did not say:
If you wish to quote our Blessed Lord – Hey, I’m good with “Better for them if a giant millstone were hung around their neck and they were cast into the sea.” Because what our Blessed Lord is talking about here tends toward an eternal implication. The quote should really serve to amplify just how much that particular soul is in need of – not compassion, but prayer. Reading up on that particular article and subsequent related ones (which I did) makes it even more obvious. You see, Mr. Bean is claiming that his victim first tried to blackmail him before bringing up the charges when the blackmail attempt failed, yet Mr. Bean admits to keeping a video camera in that room where he recorded all of his sexual encounters/escapades/assaults (whatever you want to classify them as) . . . you know ? Without even delving into what he personally intended to do with each of those videos once he recorded them, I believe this may be an appropriate analogy:
How about – A guy buys a dog. He keeps it chained up. Every day he goes by the dog and kicks it violently several times, without remorse- actually he enjoys it !. One day, the dog finally gets loose and bites him. . . and now suddenly he’s crying out to everybody for sympathy , “My dog just bit me.” I would have difficulty even mustering up several crocodile tears of compassion for that dog owner – because he clearly did it to himself.
Similarly,my words, should not have been misconstrued to imply sympathy or compassion was necessarily owed to Mr. Bean. Those are movements of the heart, and they require grace, we cannot expect everyone to “feel” that way. However, some of us do recognize our duty, when we see a soul flirting with eternal disaster, to get out the Rosary and just get praying for them. According to the camera and blackmail elements, the man doesn’t even think logically any more.
Our Blessed Lord also said, “Pray for those who persecute you” : I believe a founder of an anti-Christian group who may well hate the Catholic Church, might fit handily into that category of “persecutor”. Granted, Jesus never said something like that would always be easy.
And who can demystify St. Francis of Assissi’s profound utterance , “There, but for the grace of God go I” . . . without the help of a mirror ?
There exists a dimension to God’s Mercy, which if you are a mother, you might have an advantage over some of us in understanding. When it comes to God’s mercy, it has been compared in our imperfect knowledge, to a mother’s love : If a mother has two children for example, and one of them is mortally wounded and bleeding out – even though (in this case) they have just crippled the other child for life. . . who do you think the mother needs to run to the most urgently ?
Several snippets for consideration of our Blessed Lord’s words to St. Faustina about His Mercy taken from her diary, Divine Mercy in My Soul:
The greater the sinner, the greater the right he has to My mercy. My mercy is confirmed in every work of My hands. He who trusts in My mercy will not perish, for all his affairs are Mine, and his enemies will be shattered at the base of My footstool.”(723)
I pray for abortionists too. That doesn’yt mean I don’t weep for the unborn who are killed daily in their mother’s wombs – particularly on those occasions when I hear people I know mention they aborted a child.
Incidentally, while Dr. Bernard Nathanson was still in the act of overseeing some 75,000 abortions, an Opus Dei priest befriended him. “The priest would call and love Dr. Natahanson for many years. He prayed for him and became his friend with the hopes of being able to help him leave behind the darkness he was in. Because of several reasons and very strongly because of his priest friend Dr.Nathanson not only stopped performing abortions, he eventually even entered the Catholic Church.”
I spoke of prayer – not compassion . Compassion is, according to Fr. John Hardon’s Modern Catholic Dictionary :Pity at another person’s sorrow or misfortune, with the desire to alleviate or, on occasion, even to suffer in the other’s stead. So it is but one of a multitude of things which can potentially inspire or motivate prayer.
Prayer, on the other hand, I see as my duty.
God Bless you Kathleen10 : )
Hey there Grumpy Beggar, Happy Thanksgiving. Gee, I think you’ve been misnamed. You don’t sound grumpy at all. :) Thank you for your gracious post, well put.
I’m sorry. I didn’t mean to imply you were more concerned with predators than victims, in the case of the molestation of children and young people, although I think this does happen often today in our confused world. Your comment sparked a thought, but I was thinking in general terms because I frequently observe today what seems like absent-mindedness over who the real victims in life are, and in IMHO it is often children who suffer the most, in so many ways. One of our popes, I believe it was BXVI, called that confusion misplaced compassion, and, not to get political, but it seems like this is a particular problem for those who consider themselves “liberals”, in the political sense or in church. I often ponder what really is separating people into these political categories. At the root, why does this happen? And it seems like that may be one reason, we differ on where our sympathy should lie and who deserves the most “compassion” and “help”. We can afford to have compassion for every human being, we must, since we fall short and everyone falls short, but I remind myself that children and young people deserve our greatest sympathy and attention, since they are vulnerable to a particular kind of evil that is growing in our world, that of sexual exploitation, that takes advantage of children’s need for love and attention in order to corrupt them for sick personal desires, and incredibly, even to influence them so that homosexuality is their orientation as they mature. Tragically, this has proven to work. “If not by nine (years old) then it is too late” is the maxim for these evil predators who corrupt children, because children are impacted by this horrendous experience. How could they not be. These children then are much more likely as adults to act out their experience, but this time as the perpetrator.
When I pass a correction facility not far from our home, I pray thus: “Dear God, bless and help the children, victims, and families of these men, and please bring them to conversion”. This way, I consider first the truly innocent victims and pray for the conversion of the men incarcerated.
Thank you again for your thoughtful post. I enjoyed reading it. Your point about Dr. Nathanson is a good one. I didn’t know that.
Hey again Kathleen10 .
I could say “AMEN” to everything in your post above . . . except maybe my being misnamed: I can get real Grumpy – when we’re attacked by mudslingers and sohphists (I just hope we don’t end up attacking ourselves too much – sometimes, in the confusion it can tend to look that way).
“AMEN” in particular, to that quote. Children and young people are the most impressionable, and we unfortunately have a plethora of dysfunctional role models in positions of power today. Children and young people are our future.
Because you’re a good sport , I think you should know that although I’d read semi-extensively on Dr. Nathanson, I didn’t know that particular point about Dr. Nathanson’s priest friend either – until yesterday afternoon : I was searching for an internet source for the quotes from St Faustina’s Diary to get the reference numbers, because it would be quicker than trying to find them in the copy of her diary I have here – could remember the quotes, but not precisely where they were in the diary . . . So, during the search, I stumbled on that point about Dr. Nathanson – then started searching that one. The Lord works in mysterious ways sometimes (and I do wonder if He thinks that I work in even more mysterious ways sometimes – because a lot of it is still a mystery to me, lol).
