Radicalized Catholics?!? Kind of hard to run over and kill people with a Rosary.

Crazy! I was eager to read the news on this story posted on pewsitter.com but was saddened to find out that James Todd is ceasing operations of pewsitter. Apart from Fr. Z, this is one of the best Catholic news outlets! Pray for James Todd.

Nonsense. We all know how violent the Mennonites are… It was probably them. ?

Swing it hard enough and they can leave some nasty welts.

Well after all,it is MSNBC. They have a real problem with the truth over there so they probably called the Fishwrap(birds of a feather) for their opinion and found out about
all of those awful, rigid, traditional Catholics who are weaponizing the rosary(as LarryW2LJ pointed out :-D).

Perhaps not an ordinary rosary, but I recently read from an “independent” news source that there are groups of Catholics working on ways to weaponize the rosary.

I don’t think many people actually realize that an ordinary rosary has a 50 bead capacity, and that an unmodified rosary can cycle for 150 beads without pausing. There are even plans being shared on the internet for a 200 bead version.

Can you imagine the effects of a 150 or even 200 bead rosary if successfully weaponized?
