Good demo! I like the use of ink. I was also taught to start at the wrists, or above, and work down towards the finger tips using this technique.
I work in the food industry and have been washing my hands like this for years. Don’t forget to moisturize after. Frequent hand washing is hard on the hands.
May I suggest Lysol or a spray bottle of water with a bit of bleach for the bottom of shoes.
