    At first, I thought it was from Trajan’s column, but the relief is too deep, and also unweathered, also not tending spirally upwards. Plus, the legionaries’ helmets are different – the “ring” on top? Apologies to experts in late-Classical military equipment! Although, the famous lorica segmentata is shown. Didn’t know about this piece at all. Thanks, Romane Magne – et Pater.
